Service was excellent
Service was excellent. Battery arrived in a couple of days complete with special tools to replace in my laptop which is now performing well. Hopefully, it will last longer than the original Dell battery that died after only 2 years.

Warranty Cheats
I bought a Laptop battery from this company supposedly with a 12 months warranty which they advertise with their battery. After nearly 9 months it will not hold a full charge for more than a couple of minutes. The laptop blacks out and will only boot up on AC power. I contacted them asking for a replacement battery under warranty but they said that they would not supply me with a new battery as the same thing might happen again. I also was told that I do not have 12 months full warranty but tiered warranty meaning that I will only get 50% of my purchase price back and they are even stuffing me around with this saying that it has to go into a PayPal account even though I didn't pay for it with PayPal. Warning!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

For issues that occur between 7–9 months, customers can choose either a 50% refund or a replacement.This policy is in place to reflect the natural usage and wear of battery cells over time.
Regarding your refund: Our system is designed to issue refunds directly via the original payment method used during checkout. If the refund was processed through our payment gateway, it should return to your initial account automatically. We apologize for any confusion regarding "PayPal" — this is often the underlying processor for many card transactions, but the funds will head back to your original source.
Our records show that a 50% refund has already been initiated as per our policy. If you have further questions or haven't seen the funds yet, please contact us directly at service@LaptopBatteryDirect.com.au so we can investigate further.

I purchased a Dell laptop battery on…
I purchased a Dell laptop battery on the 26th sept 2024.
It last Approximately 6mths. I believed I emailed them, but I never received a reply a few weeks/mths later I emailed them again definitely before the 12mth month mark and got a reply (the first email got lost in space somewhere).
Ive been trying to get them to refund or replace the battery ever since.Ive now had to contact a consumer affairs to get involved a few months back. Im still yet to get a battery or refund
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY OR THEIR BATTERIES.

Battery is very good price
Battery is very good price , its so easy to replace... same size ,just different brand ..hope this will last the same as Asus brand battery .. just put in few days ago and so far seem to be working good ..thanks

Battery arrived fine, lasted 13 months
Battery arrived fine. Installed a few months after receiving and worked well for around 13 months. Cells now degraded and laptop won't run off battery. Warranty of 12 months looks like about how much life you'll get out of it. Good communication with the company, just not a great quality.

The 11.4V 42Wh battery wasn't recognised by my laptop
The 11.4V 42Wh battery I ordered online (their order number LBA20250715144046894989) was not recognised by my Dell P69G laptop so I contacted laptopbatterydirect though their website portal to exchange it but was ignored. No address, no phone number and no invoice was supplied, just a battery with this suspiciously long order number.
Repetitive contact attempts were ignored so I contacted Paypal for a refund. After giving all the sale details I had to Paypal, they declined a refund due to insufficient information.
This is totally unacceptable conduct.
I will never use Paypal to purchase online again.
I will use my credit card so at least the bank can stop payment if the goods are not fit for purpose.
I found a supplier offering a genuine Dell battery so purchase that and it worked just fine.
Be warned, make sure you are buying from a reputable retailer as Laptopbatterydirect scammed me!
