Lovely and friendly place, really informative and able to put you at ease

Literally the nicest people! So welcoming, had the hydra facial, have had a patch test for laser aswell. Loved the facial treatment and can’t wait for my next one.

The women are so welcoming , explain very well the treatments aftercare and prior also. They went out of there way to accommodate Me for around school drop off and pick up very happy! See you all soon

Lovely people especially Anna! Nice and calming. I have PCOS and I'm hoping it will cure my hair excess but unfortunately it only reduce the hairs rather than cure. Sadly its common in PCOS. And it not everyone faults that my hair excess grew back. It reduce my hair excess by 70% and I grew confidence.

My first appointment I was a bit nervous. I had no need to be I was put completely at ease and was able to have a honest conversation about my needs. Anne was so easy to talk to and very knowledgeable and understanding.

I've been going to The Cornwall Laser Clinic for for a while and I'm so incredibly happy with everything about them! The staff are so friendly and helpful. I started out as an very hairy person and am now totally hair free! After 20 years of shaving and waxing, it's such s relief to not have to think about hair removal again! I'd give them 10 stars if I could!!!

Professional, efficient, friendly and knowledgable.

The ladies are extremely professional but also personable. I met many of the ladies from being on reception to carrying out each of my laser sessions so far. Every member of staff with whom I interact with were just lovely, I am always made to feel welcome and quickly feel comfortable at each appointment. The ladies talk you through each part of the session and what you can expect during and after.

I recommend laser hair removal but mostly the clinic to anyone who will listen. It’s the best decision I have made, I know it will make summer and holidays much more enjoyable without the hassle of summer/holiday prep.
