Lawn Doctor made a 4000 sq ft error in measuring my lawn. I prepaid for the season and then afterwards found the error. When I confronted Lawn Doctor with the info, they acknowledged it but refused to refund the overcharge. I then dropped the service and they attempted to impose a service charge for providing my refund. Truely an untrustworthy business. I would not do business with these folks, They are not honest

Just had LawnDoctor show up at my house yesterday, do a treatment, and then bill me 80 bucks for it- all with no contract and no request by me to have it done. Their statement is that the services are continual, and you have to call to stop it . . . which I never agreed to beforehand. I have already contracted with Weedman (1/2 the price), and I asked LawnDoctor to take it off my bill- but no, they still are charging me half. What crooks!!! Stay away from these thieves- use another company!!!

I have 10x more weeds on the area they're treating then on the areas they're not treating.

I asked for an estimate for my lawn and received this e-mail. " One of our trusty Lawn Doctor team members will be reaching out right away"
That was 8 days ago.
I guess their "right away" must mean something different than what I think it does.

Lawn doctor of chardon, ohio. They applied spot weed killer which did extensive damage. They refused to correct this problem and cancelled my contract with them. Very unprofessional company. Beware of them. My only recourse is to sue them in small claims court.

I've been the use of Lawn Doctor for numerous seasons, I'm continually impresses with the results. My garden is always green, weed un-fastened and superbly maintained. I particularly endorse their services to all of us searching out a pinnacle-notch lawn care organization.

My garden changed into in rough form, however this organization delivered it back to lifestyles. They furnished professional care and made my backyard the envy of the community. I'm extremely happy with Lawn Doctor!

I was looking for aeration and lawn seeding. They were not interested unless I purchased a whole maintenance program.

Horrible such a waste of money.
2 years and my lawn is yellow and worst in the neighborhood with neighbors that do nothing.
Then up charge you for this moisture manager treatment BS.
Run away and save your money.

My Lawn looked so good this Spring after using Lawn Doctor for several years. I had the best lawn in the neighborhood until they fertilized my lawn in June. My Lawn began to die, they used a new formula for their fertilizer so my lawn is now the worst lawn in the neighborhood. They have responded to my complaints and hopefully they will fix my lawn like they promised.

I have been using Lawn Doctor for mosquito abatement for a few years. Daniel, the technician, did an amazing job. Since he stopped and other techs have come, so have my mosquitoes. I can’t walk in my yard without whelping bites. Today the tech came and was only here long enough for me to brush my teeth. I can only surmise by this bizarre coincidence, that Lawn Doctor has changed or watered down their pesticide. Or Daniel is their only qualified tech. I have exhausted efforts on calls & texts to their office without resolve.

The product may be good but the service is not. You’d better be present when they service your yard and watch them, otherwise they’ll pull the hose over newly planted bushes and trees and yard figurines, not to mention bending the gate to get into the back yard- when it was specified to call before they arrive. This happened to me three times. I shouldn’t have to tell the technician to spot spray weed clumps; that should be part of the service. Unless he’s in a hurry to finish his calls for the day and go home. No more- service cancelled.

Our lawn looks terrible. It is completely brown and full of weeds. I drove through the neighborhood today and everyone else has nice plush green grass. I have no idea how this could happen when we pay a lot of money to Lawn Doctor. Just ended our contract. I will never use this company again.

After killing my beautiful green yard they provided errible customer service. I would never use them again. Because they operate without written agreements they have the ability to add in terms that didn’t originally exist and tried to scam us. Beware.

Predator lawn service since 1976. They will put a lien on your house for $78.

“We are not in the business of sympathy and despair.” Said Lawn Doctor as they allegedly attempted to steal 2,078.64 from a window with whom they had no contract with.

They are trying to take a widows house away from her for not paying a bill for a contract that never existed. SHAME!!

I had a beautiful lawn. I know we're in a drought and therefore I know this would be a terrible time to fertilize the yard but yet they put it down without even talking to me first and Its now worse than I've ever had. This company could care less about my yard only them getting their money. This is not what I paid for. Now I'm going to have to start over again.

Lawn Doctor. FOLKS! if you want your lawn to stay lush and green, this isn't the company to hire. My entire yard died after their services. I should have checked reviews before hiring them about 9 weeks ago.
TERRIBLE JOB. DON'T WAIT ANOTHER SECOND. A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME, AND MONEY, NOT TO MENTION OUR LAWN NOW IS A COMPLETE MESS. MY LAWN IS SLOWLY COMING BACK. THANK GOD. FOLKS! TRUST THE REVIEWS. I DIDN'T CHECK THEM OUT BEFORE HIRING THEM. THAT WAS A MISTAKE.
