I am very happy with the service that has been provided during the past year. The customer service team is awesome and does a great job of accommodating changes in service. Big shout out to Will. He is an asset to your company and was a pleasure to work with over the past few months.

Lawn Doctor actually damaged my lawn. After 4 times treatments within the six months ( from Aug- Dec 2020 ( 4 times according to them actually only come three times, then to April 2021 one time without my permission), the weeds in my lawn were even worse than before that I had a picture to confirm. It looks like the weeds are very happy without any disruption and rapidly growing anywhere on my lawn. The worst thing is Lawn Doctor made me automatically renew for the next year without my permission to come to continue the service. After service, they collect payment from you even though you do not know what happened. I sent an email to them told them I already change to the other lawn company and I never renewed with Lawn doctor with their bad service. Why did they come to my home without my permission for service? After that, They continually sent the bill to me, and also
Intimidate that will be sent to the collection company to ruin my credit. I just made payment for them this morning. Just give all the customers experience what I experienced. Stay Away from Lawn Doctor!!!!

Contracted Lawn Doctor to come out and plant seed for an area that wasn't growing grass. When the agent first came out, he guaranteed they could fix this issue and if it didn't work, I would get a refund. When the actual tech came out to do the job, he was shocked that they would have agreed to this. He said there was little hope that this seeding would work, explained the guarantee if we were not satisfied.
We monitored and reached out with concerns and that is when Lawn Doctor became super defensive and said we can come back out and reseed. I said no based on my convos with the tech and wanted a refund.
I've asked them to correct the name on the bill - I was the person making the appointments. This was not updated, and now showing on my credit report. They refused to make any of the adjustments promised. If your guarantee reads, "If you're not 100% satisfied, we'll make it right. It's that simple. We'll return no charge or refund the full cost of your last application", then honor your slogan! Fix the problem don't hide behind a collection agency!

Avoid them at all cost. I've been a customer for over 20 years. They sold my local franchise. The new owners decided to add several services to my yard that were not requested or authorized by me. I got the bill and called to request they remove the unauthorized charges. I had to call three times over four weeks to try to resolve the issue. The owner/mgr "Mike" was never available and did not return my calls. I finally demanded they get Mike to call me. Mike didn't even have the guts to call me personally. He had the representative tell me they would not adjust the bill. This is how they treat long term customers. I told them to close my account.

Beware!! Ulster County Lawn Doctor actually damaged my lawn. I called a week after my first lawn treatment to say no weeds were dying. Was told it takes two weeks. Called back after 2 weeks. Not only were the weeds thriving but I now had dark green stripes all over my lawn. I asked for someone to come out to look at it. Five weeks later I called again. Weeds still doing well and now those dark stripes are turning brown as the grass is dying. Andy told me no one has been out my way and other excuses. I then sent pictures. I have asked repeatedly for Craig (the owner) to call me. I have yet to speak to him. Well now we are in the middle of July, I still haven't heard from, nor seen anyone. My lawn has never been such a mess. Weeds everywhere and brown stripes of dead grass throughout the lawn, I continue to call and have sent pictures, yet nothing has been done to resolve this problem.

Good luck trying to talk to someone. They use a messenger service. Been trying to get an account # for weeks so I can pay my bill. Keeps telling me my account doesn't exist. They refuse to call me back. When I canceled the service (through the messenger service) they showed up anyway. Stay away from these people!!

Stay away from Lawn Doctor. They killed the grass in my back yard and tried to say it was weeds. They took zero responsibility and recommended that I pay them more money to reseed. I will have to pay someone to reseed, but it won't be them. Stay away from these guys.

We are going to have a BANG of a Fourth because Lawn Doctor came pronto to rid our porch of wasp nest! These guys are TERRIF‼️🇺🇸‼️

They put a Lawn Doctor sign in my yard on my second treatment, without asking. This is tacky and specifically against my HOA rules. My house is for sale and closes soon, and now my realtor and I have to track down the HOA and find out if LD has complicated the closing by causing me to receive last-minute fines. Even if they weren't causing issues with my house sale, my lawn is not their personal billboard.

Not super impressed with their weed control treatment. Worked fine in the front yard, but apparently is not broad enough as it didn't affect some varieties in the backyard at all. Fertilizer seems ok - lawn in front and back yard improved (and weeds in backyard that the weed control didn't touch are growing like crazy).

Technicians were always very polite and professional. No issues with them at all.

I went online inquiring about lawn care for my home In Wallingford I was just looking for a quote before you know it a gentleman with lawn Dr. Dan Henvey who is one of the most disrespectful people I’ve ever come across had people come over they started treating my lawn Without my permission then they started sending me bills for applications I never authorized my lawn was burnt from it and my dog got sick when I called to inquire about how to to resolve it He was rude and I just want everybody to be aware

Very professional! Very obvious when talking with them they know what they are doing. Had them spray for mosquitos and fertilize the yard and it's worked amazing on both! Highly recommend!

So pleased to have had Lawn Doctor taking care of the yard and mowers for the past six years!

When Adam and his brother were first starting the business we were willing to give it a try. That was at least a dozen years ago, perhaps more. Adam’s staff has changed from time to time, but their efforts to care for our lawn year around and please their customers has never faltered. Well done!

We have used The Lawn Doctor for well over a decade now. We called for help when we were fighting some kind of invasive crabgrass and clover invasion. We were so happy with his services we decided to continue for a year and see if our lawn would look better. Obviously, the answer was yes! To me the best benefit is having Tom automatically address and prepare for seasonal issues and do aeration. No more reading the bags at Home Depot trying to figure out what our lawn needed! The Lawn Doctor is very reliable, professional, and keeps the HOA away :)

Ben and Jeff are great! Very personable, professional and friendly. They analyzed our property, a big task, the house was for sale for a while, and started making changes in the lawn. Then the mosquito spray. They were swarming everywhere already first week of June. The very next day after they sprayed all the shrubs and beds, nothing. Not a mosquito anywhere. We can actually sit in our beautiful yard. You guys are great.

The company does a complete fertilization and offers a discount for an entire season. They call before they come so you know approx the time and day they are coming to work in your yard. They leave a detailed report each time they do work. Professional courtesy at all times. Thank you
