Hej Filip! Vi beklagar verkligen att du har fått vänta på svar, så ska det naturligtvis inte vara. Vi kan se i våra system att din retur är korrekt registrerad, men vi har dessvärre inte mottagit några mejl från dig, vilket vi nu ska undersöka närmare för att se vad som blivit fel.

Tack för din feedback. Jag förstår verkligen att det blir tungt att hantera mattan på egen hand. Vid beställning valdes alternativet leverans till tomtgräns, vilket innebär att chauffören lämnar paketet vid gränsen till din fastighet.
Vi erbjuder även inbärning som tillval för den som önskar extra hjälp hela vägen in, vilket kan vara skönt vid tyngre leveranser. Vi tar med oss dina synpunkter för att bli ännu tydligare med våra fraktalternativ!
Ordering samples.
Normally, samples are provided free, but I paid 10 EUR per sample. When the samples arrived they did not have the 6 different colours as on the picture, but only 3 so the point of checking if the colours would work in our home, was a bit of a waste.

Colours of the samples and textures…
Colours of the samples and textures resemble nothing like they do online sadly. I was advised to purchase the larger samples however, I’m not sure how that would effect the colour and the texture

I’m sorry to hear that you feel the samples didn't match your expectations from the website. We understand that digital screens can sometimes represent colors differently, which is exactly why we offer samples to help our customers.
Regarding the different sizes, we always try to guide our customers to the best option based on the rug model:
Solid-colored rugs: For these, we generally recommend our small samples, as they are perfect for evaluating the true color and material texture in your own home lighting.
Patterned rugs: For these models, we recommend the larger samples. The reason for this is simply to ensure that the scale and detail of the pattern are clearly visible, which is difficult to capture on a smaller piece.
The quality, material, and color of the yarn are identical regardless of the sample size. The only difference is how much of the design you get to see.

Hurtig levering og smukt tæppe. Jeg bestilte i første omgang to tæppeprøver for at afgøre, hvilken farve vi ønskede. Det blev leveret betydeligt hurtigere, end det var angivet på hjemmeside. Da jeg bestilte tæppet blev det sendt, samme dag og jeg modtog det dagen efter. Virkelig effektivt. Det var pakket godt ind, så det ikke kunne tage skade under transporten. Vi er virkelig glade for tæppet.

Dusty look. No response from customer services
I bought a rug from Layered in September 2025. Before giving my opinion, I wanted to first “live with” the rug for some time. When the rug arrived at my home, it looked dusty. I thought that over time, and with regular vacuuming, that appearance would eventually disappear.
Although it has improved, it still has a dusty look, so I emailed customer support last week. So far, I have not received a response.
I happened to take advantage of a promotion to buy the rug, but regardless of that, for the price of the rug it should not have been delivered in this condition. It almost looks like a second-hand rug.
