The bike I ordered was out of stock and Ben at Leeli Cycles was extremely efficient in locating another one and arranging prompt delivery. He also replaced the existing seat post with a different one of my choosing and this was included in the delivery.

When I tried to place my order there was a problem with the website but I tried it intermittently from Saturday afternoon until my order was accepted on the following Tuesday afternoon.

My order was acknowledged by email but I had no advice of despatch until the wheel arrived. However, it was well packaged and delivered fairly promptly.

I'm assuming this is a small business, so I understand the difficulty of keeping on top of administration. The bottom line is that I'm pleased with the product, which I hadn't been able to source elsewhere.

Excellent service. Courteous, polite, and prompt. Soon remediated discrepancies with an erroneously placed order for an item long since discontinued from production by the manufacturer. Additionally a complimentary gratuity gift was supplied as a gesture of generosity, assuaging what little disaccommodation arose from this minor misunderstanding. Overall, highly recommended.

I bought a bike online, ask for it to be assembled and would pick it up a week later. Arrived a week later to collect the bike, it was still in the box unassembled! If you want good service go to your local bike shop.

Great item, great price. Less good communications. Only recognition of my order was my PayPal receipt 2 days later and when my new bike tyres showed up at my door.
