Upon reviewing the tracking information, the carrier, Hermes, has confirmed that your package was successfully delivered to the location you specified. The tracking details show that the package was left at your requested location, which was confirmed by the carrier as the proof of delivery (POD). Unfortunately, once the package is delivered to the location requested by the customer, it is out of our control.
That said, we understand your frustration and are committed to resolving this issue. We have already filed a claim with the carrier for an investigation into the delivery. We are awaiting their response and will keep you updated on any developments.
In the meantime, we recommend checking any possible safe locations around your property, such as doorways, backyards, or with your neighbors. If you have any CCTV cameras, it might also be helpful to review footage around the delivery time.
