We inspect each order before dispatch to ensure accuracy, and unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. As mentioned on our website, sizing can be subjective and may vary depending on individual feet, gender, and the model of the product.
Once we receive your returned item, we issue a refund within 24-48 hours. As stock can fluctuate, we recommend placing an order as soon as possible if you're concerned about the item selling out while waiting for your return.
We understand this is frustrating, and we appreciate your understanding and patience.

Buying Vivobarefoot shoes
I purchased 2 pairs of Vivobarefoot shoes from them. The price was less than half of what they are on Vivobarefoot's official site, and they had colours of models that are no longer available on the official site (I was after the Sensus in black).
The service was very good, particularly when helping me deal with the fact the parcel had been delivered to the wrong address (through no fault of Legend Footwear's).
The shoes themselves are super - really pleased.

While we currently do not offer free returns, we believe that our pricing remains highly competitive compared to others. We also give customers the option to select their preferred courier at a lower cost if they wish to return items.
