I tried to not click any star however had to, to write a review! I as well did not look at the reviews before trusting Mitsubishi Chilliwack and getting a loan through Lend Care. Horrified by our experience. Will not get back to you, have had people hang up on me. Will not respond to emails, taken funds out on the wrong days, wrong amounts, NSF charges. Loan was paid in full yet they continue to try and take money out so much so that I had to close my account! Terrible Place Do Not Use Lend Care or Chilliwack Mitsubishi!!!

They don't care. No response to emails, texts and phone calls.

On January 29, 2025 I took out an emergency loan with Lendcare. Their pamphlet was in the Animal Emergency Hospital I was in with my beloved dog Rockee. I would have paid anything to save her life; however, she ended up passing away a few days later on February 3, 2025. Her illness and subsequent death was unexpected. My life is completely shattered without her.

On May 23, 2025 I paid off the balance of the loan I had with Lendcare ($7473.15). LendCare kept calling me and I was able to determine that I still owed them a small outstanding balance. On June 21, 2025 I paid them $37.28. A $75.00 NSF charge was waived as I had put a stop payment on the account by then.

On July 2, 2025 LendCare tried to debit .26 cents from my bank account. The payment was rejected.

Till this day I keep getting phone calls from LendCare. They never leave a message. I am being harassed for no apparent reason.

I have filed a complain with Consumer Protection and the Better Business Bureau. My next step will be to file a complaint with the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA) and then with the police.

Stay away from this company.

I reached out multiple times to make an early loan payment and requested they take an additional amount — but never received a reply to any of my emails. If you're planning to take a loan with this company, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. They don’t respond to emails, and if you’re hoping to pay off your loan early to save on interest, this company won’t make it easy.

This guys are thief’s, big thief’s with there stupid fake system, I called Lendcare about a payment, I got charged 3 times on July 3, July 7 and July 9 back to back, they told me they didn’t know about the July 3rd own and I sent them alll proof, they said I will be refunded, my bank returned the July 9 payment due to low balance, I called them to confirm the payment and I cleared it all via on call with there nsf fee and main fee totaling to 182.39 (attached screenshot) I confirmed and they said they removed the actual charge date for July 18 cause I already cleared the fee, I called again to confirm, another person said they have removed the fixed charge date of July 18, now I’m typing this message on July 19 3am, only for me to wake up and see my bank have been charged again, meanwhile my next actual charge is supposed to be on July 23, so what was the last payment I made for, I callled this thief’s countlessly to confirm they won’t charge my card but they still did, I’m going to fight this cause this is day light robbery in the name
Of loan, they know what they are doing and they have employed and trained thief’s to work for them, you even call there customer support and complain and they won’t say anything and just transfer you to another person like 5 consecutive times, this company needs to be locked out, they are big thief’s, I’m writing this from a place of hurt cause I calculate my earnings, but this thief’s want to ruin my earnings, bad service, bad customer support service, all poor and terrible!

Update to my review, instead of helping, they went ahead and created a double account under the loan, saying it a network glitch, please avoid this people by all means, they are deceptive and liers and very unprofessional, I went to there office at Pickering to complain, the receptionist said the manager will call me within 15 to 20min, it been over 24 hours, no calls, no response no email or anything. Today is July 26, Yet again while trying to solve all written above, today is July 26 they have removed another money again after removing one July 23, this is sick I tell you Guys and no one not even there customer support is working!

if i could give zero stars I would. Try affirm, or a money mart, those people wont take money when they are not supposed to

I have a car loan with Lendcare, and they have recently invited me for a personal loan. I have never been late on a payment, correct payments dates and amounts have been honoured by them. My credit rating is getting much better after less than a year with them. I have never had to call customer service, as all has gone smoothly in the last 11 months.

The customer service was absolutely amazing when I telephoned . Any concerns about my loan was explained politely, and anytime I required documentation it was emailed as soon as I inquired.This is proof that reviews you read that are negative is not necessarily everybody’s experience. You pay your loan on time and in full….simple.I would absolutely recommend them.

Terrible company they are scammers. I am going through hell with them. I wish I read about them before getting a loan. Stay far away from these people it’s been an absolute nightmare with me. This company needs to be shut down. All of these people that have had bad experiences we should all get together and sue them. Updated: my husband called to offer them a settlement of all the money owed on the original contract and they are ignoring us. Wow like they won’t even take the money we are offering they just want to try and scam me

Don't bother trying to call them been on hold for about 40 mins now.. calling cause finance that motor Sport took a loan out that I didn't approve fully. Was just shopping around anyways now trying to get it cancelled neither company knows where the money is but they expect me to pay for it. Horrible experience. The seller refuses to contact me and they tell me I need to go thru them to cancel a 18k loan I never received. For a vehicle I never recieved. Absolutely fraudulent behavior. You would assume at these interest rates they would at least be helpful or responsive but nope. Predatory loans with predatory service all one nice package. Soon closing out my other two loans with them credit be damned !

This company accepted a loan application from Orogold with fake signatures. They work together with companies to defraud customers and hold people to loans that they were not even aware they were signing. I have an eight page contract from them that I never signed.

Just had dealings with this company, they ask for £25 payment for insurance firstly and then promised you full amount of loan. They then keep you hanging on phone for 5 mins and come back and ask for another £150 because you have bad credit. Don't pay this and report to bank as a scam. Block your card straight away and ask for new one off bank

I would never recommend this company to anyone as dealer breeze Financial messed up on bill of sale and neither lender or dealer wanna fix it so I'm paying more for the atv then I should be.

had a balliff try to repo my van I've owned it in my name for 2 years ,there is a lien on it but when I bought it was a quebec ownership it was transferred from lien holder in Ontario to quebec ,licence bureau never said anything so how do I know it had a lien called them 3 times and emailed 2 times no response they say I owe 18000 on a 1500$ van I have nothing to do with this company ,van is moved to a secure space I can't use it for work losing 500 to 1500 a day these guys are clowns

This company is a scam. Every effort to talk to them proved abortive. I don't owe them money; I have paid them off. They keep removing money from my account till I keep having NSF. Negative balance in my account. I want them to refund my money and stop deducting my money. I am tired of this on and off.

This company was bought out by EasyFinancial. They are a bunch of criminals. Absolutely no notice of the buyout. No letters sent out or emails. I found out by going on their website. Couldn’t make online banking payments thru my account. Even though they are listed in the Payee section, the account numbers don’t work. Stay away from these douchebags. There is a special place in hell for these people at Lendcare and EasyFinancial.

One of the most devious lender in Canada. Lies to get you to buy in making it sound positive. Over a year later and nothing but avoidance and lies. Each time I ask to speak to a supervisor or manage I am told there is none available. Never do business with this company ever. They will screw you over

Using lendcare for a car loan… the incompetence of this company shows how low the standards are to get a job with them. It’s like they follow DEI. They messed up the banking info in their system, so they didn’t get their money. When they finally sorted it all out and realized they are the ones who screwed up and clearly can’t double check their work or copy a few numbers down correctly. I asked how they will compensate me for this mess, the girl says “we won’t charge you late fees” FOR THEIR OWN SCREW UP 🤣 sorry you were still going to charge me a late fee even though your employee couldn’t copy my banking info into your system correctly?

Today is easter monday. I have gotten 6 or more phone calls and when i answer they hang up. They tried to debit money from a different bank account which put me in negative and they wont fix it. This company is criminal and harrasing. Next step is lawsuit

I just wanted to say for being a client of Lendcare they have the worst customer service. I have a few loans with them and it took over 4 months to give me answer for a loan increase. I guess that how they take care of loyal customers that have a loan with them have also had previous loans that they paid off in full also. I would not recommend anyone looking for a loan to use them at all unless you want to not get any calls back or wait months for an answer.
