Asked for a balance on a car loan. Email I received from Sakshi Amarnani was for a 2010 Jeep. I asked for my actual number and someone that knows. Then I get an email from Samrani who used Sakshis email. I replied saying that it seems fishy that Samrani is using Sakshis email. They replied with Sakshi and Samrani are the same person.

LendCare is suppose to take payments…

LendCare is suppose to take payments every 2 weeks. It’s auto take out. They always make an excuse why it was not taken out. They are just trying to drive up my interest. Does anyone know what AGENCY deals with these loan companies as I am going to file a complaint?

Lendcare you guys are pathetic. I have a loan with you guys. And I have an extra policy for insurance. And I've been laid off since July 15th. I've been trying to get ahold of you guys to deal with my issue and have the insurance kick in until I get back to work, but that's to no avail. I've done it this way. I phoned you guys. I was just put on hold 42 hours and five minutes and out of that time, I talked to a lady for thirty seconds and put me back on, hold total two hours and five minutes. Do people think this is acceptable. And guess what if you're that busy? Hire more people to take care of your customer needs😡

After looking at Matt's review, I would like to help take them to court, I have had lencate for about a month now and nothing but head aches, I am financing a travel trailer from them and on July 29th I called them to move my payment to monthly. They said no problem, but I need to make the payment of $247 on the 12th of August, the Agent I was speaking with told me because I am making the payment on the 12th, my monthly payments would only be $380. That didn't make sense to me, but the Agent swore up and down that that was going to be the payment. He even asked one of his colleagues to check the calculation and that is what they told me $380 a month.Then August 22 came around and $533 came out of my account which resulted in a NSF. So I called them and they said they don't know why the Agent told me $380 and because it was a error that they would give me a letter to give to my bank to return the NSF charge, I am still waiting. I explained to them that I wouldn't have the money until the 31st to pay that $533, so they put a hold on it to come out then. It came out all right, with a double payment. They charged me $533 twice which of course resulted in another NSF. So we called them and practically told them we will be going through reviews and taking them to court. What they are doing to their customers is not right. Let's all fight together and give lendcare what they deserve. my name is Jason Clelland. Contact me by my first name . Omg so bad and not helpful

I have a truck and a loan with lendcare but now I'm in very deep debt so I was forced to take a consumer proposol and lendcare was sent the creditors package meaning my truck is not affected but all loan payments should be stopped well lendcare is not checking there emails or they are ignoring them loan payments are still coming out of my bank so I call my trustee and they sent lendcare a stay of procedings meaning on and after the proposol filing date any money take should be returned Naomi Langdon at lendcare is telling me they have not received any emails, emails are being sent to her and to the legal department I find it hard to believe lendcare is not getting any emails

Lendcare !!!!

Lendcare !!!!! U sent me a bank statement . The car was worth 14500 . Bi weekly payments. U have now forged my signature and tried to tell my insurance company that I own 38585 for 2011 Mazda. C7 that doesn’t work either . U got caught . The bank, lawyers, police and the insurance company are investigating and looking for you !!!! Lendcare has tried to debit 22 payments from my bank account in 45 days

This company is brutal

This company is brutal, all the same problems as mentioned in other reviews, definitely not CARING at all, this company needs to be sued and shut down! SCAM SCAM SCAM!
4 years and not one payment missed, had a rough patch and they were no help at all, upped my interest rate 10%
That was there way of helping after one missed payment!

I said my account in full 45 days ago, over $9000.. To this day they still have not closed my account. Caught me once by taking out another payment and then had that balls to call me and said I was 3 payments behind. I have sent 4 copies of my receipt to them, talked to 4 different people and still nothing.
You get nowhere with these people. I have even called the Quebec office to get help and they transferred over to the Ontario office. I sat on hold for 57 mins one day and got disconnected, man that really pissed me off. I'm going to the media now and get these guys on TV. They are part of a financial group called go easy with 3 divisions in Canada, let's see how they like the face all over CTV news.
Don't talk to Yayo in Collections, he's useless. I've heard 4 times " I will contact you shortly" that's a lie.

IF I COULD GIVE MINUS ZERO STARS I WOULD. We used Lendcare STUPIDLY. DO NOT EVERRRR USE THEM. They are disgusting scammers. We used them when we were in a tough situation with our vehicle. Unfortunately we got into a car crash and used part of the cheque to pay the loan. WHAT THEY DONT TELL YOU is you have to send them the cheque and they send the remaining back after "5-10 days". We recently started our own company and Because of the crash, we were set back. NOW they don't want to send the money, $7,100 they owe us. It's been past 10 days and now they are saying another two weeks, we need that money NOW because we have been STRUGGLING. They don't care at all. NASTY SCAMMERS WITH NASTY ATTITUDES. When you call they say "there is nothing we can do." I wish we looked into how scammish they are before we used them. NEVER EVER TRUST LENDCARE! I will continue to leave bad reviews until our money is sent back. ALSO we found out they took out the loan ILLEGALLY and will be taking them to court if they do not respond immediately.

I basically went through lend care to…

I basically went through lend care to build credit, thought I'd need a visa, Long story short?I purchased a truck With lend care's help It's.
Been nothing but troubles headaches and I haven't missed a payment, They overcharge double dipped and won't give money back.Their scam artists and need to be reported.
I've Continuously sent them receipts of them taking money out of two different Accounts,
How can you pay your bills on time?And nobody blinks an eye on when you need help?
This company needs to be looked at for further investigation. Something is deftling going on.

i'm thinking about taking them to court…

i'm thinking about taking them to court this month someone needs to do it. i'm having the same problem as everyone else. they keep taking random payments. I called to confront them about the first time it happened guy said it was just a system error so he'll put "REQUEST" for a refund.... which he said would take about ten bussiness day's... didn't get any further then that called again to explain two more came out well they then said we will escalate this further. well one more came which they were nsf because I keep my money in my savings which i'm happy bcause it's only $45 instead of $178 which still three weeks nothing has happened other then more transactions. call them today on 2024-08-08. nothing went further. The guy on the phone talked to his manager saying I need proof of money in account because of nsf which that was awhole different situation that happened and was settled already. then he told me I talk to a another guy about this. so i Said no i talk to the same lady twice which we settled this. i'm mad about you guy's having a system error that keeps doing not permitted transactions on my bank account I don't need proof of funds because it's not my fault for the nsf my account is alway's up todate. which you guy's took blame four times and now haven't fixed it. l also let the guy know all voice phone calls are recorded for reasons like this which will make it easier to look into this situation. I want my refund and compensation for the stress you put on me mental. if one more not permitted payment comes after today 2024-08-08 I hereby take you guy's to court!!! please don't reply with sorry to hear that contact support so we can look into this further I heard that so many times on the phone I want results like what you guy's get when you take my payments!!!!!!!!

I AM NOT EVEN LEAVING A STAR REVIEW.. WORST COMPANY/CUSTOMER SERVICE IN MY LIFE. I HAVE WORKED AUTO FINANCE AND I KNOW HOW A COMPANY SHOULD BE TREATING THEIR CUSTOMERS. I CALLED WAITING 15 MINUTES FOR AN AGENT THEN HE TRANSFERED ME TO BILLING AND THAT AGENT HAD NO IDEA WHAT HE WAS DOING HE THEN SAID HE WAS PUTTING ME ON HOLD TO LOOK INTO THE ISSUE AND I WAITED OVER 15 MINUTES TO THEN HAVE ANOTHER AGENT ANSWER THEN PHONE FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE. NOT ONCE DID HE SAY HE WAS TRANSFERING ME AT THIS POINT IM FRUSTRATED I WAS TELLING HER HOW THIS IS THE 3RD PERSON AND HOW IT NEEDS TO BE BILLING THEN SHE SAYS NOTHING FULLY CUTS ME OFF THEN THROWS ME BACK INTO THE BILLING QUEUE I HAVE BEEN ON THIS CALL NOW FOR AN 1 HOURS AND 20 MINUTES AND STILL HAVE NOT HAD MY ISSUE RESOLVED.. THIS HAS GOT TO BE THE WORST SERVICE IVE RECEIVED ANYWHERE IN MY LIFE HANDS DOWN WORST COMPANY EVER. I WILL BE MAKING SURE TO ADVISE ANY FRIENDS OR FAMILY WHO IS LOOKING FOR A PERSONAL LOAN OR CAR LOAN TO STEER CLEAR OF LENDCARE AS THEY ARE A HORRIBLE COMPANY TO DEAL WITH. I WILL PERSONALLY BE LOOKING TO TRADE IN MY CAR AND USE A COSIGNER SO I CAN GET OUT THIS LOAN AND NEVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN

READ THE FINE PRINT CAREFULLY !

Im only giving it 1 star because I cant give it negative stars ! For anyone thinking about taking out a loan with Lendcare I advise that you bring your magnifying glass to read through the fine print of the contract terms. If for any reason you are late on a payment the interest rate will double for 6mnths or for the remainder of the loan if you do not contact them after the 6mnths from when you were late to let them know the 6 month penalty is up. Its taken 2 weeks now to have a lump sum cheque applied which I sent 2 day priority post ! My communications with customer service representatives was also disappointing. You better have a lot of spare time to be on hold while you wait for someone to talk to. I dont understand how a company can have individuals working for them that are so rude to their customers for simply inquiring about their accounts. I would understand If was rude first however that was not the case. Update paid it out early to get them out of our life. Was signed on as a co applicant and just could not handle calculating the penalty fees. Things that only shady finance companies usually get away with and legally debatable. Shameful how they take advantage.

Terrible to deal with

Terrible to deal with, magically they can’t see preauthorized payments that you set up but will have multiple people calling who can all set up more payments if you fall behind. They’ll also forget to inform you that anything that has bounced or came back nsf they will keep trying to take out even if you’re communicating with them and want to pay them.

Never have I been so frustrated with a company, would never do business with them again and I’ll be paying off the loan I do have with another lender if I have to just because of how bad they are to deal with and scummy.

Worst Company Service I have ever…

Worst Company Service I have ever encountered i have spent over 20 hours on hold it typically takes 2-3 hours for someone to pick up a call. Can not get thru to anyone on direct extensions also. have been waiting over 4 weeks for money to be refunded on a overpayments was told it would take 3 days we are now on week 4... no replies to email correspondence...when asked to speak to a manger I was told it is company policy to NOT transfer calls to a manger. I would highly recommend you do do business with this customer!

One of the WORST companies for customer service

One of the WORST companies for customer service I have ever experienced. You call, you get left on hold for a good hour minimum, then you get hung up on and you have to call back only to wait another hour and then get hung up on again

Waited on hold for 9 hours to get an…

Waited on hold for 9 hours to get an extension and no answer, so I sent a message to customer service, no answer. Now they took money out of an account with no money, still no answer. Well see what happens when the next payment bounces and they don't get anything because I've been laid off and needed an extension while I look for a job. Bet they call when they don't get any money
