Don't do it.. run

If I could give this predatory Company a minus 100 star review I would.
Anyone who is thinking of signing with this company. RUN and run fast.
I got approved for a travel trailer great..
Buried in the fine print they wil raise your loan and payment by 10% if you are late on a payment. Yes my mistake.
Thier system.does not properly and accurately process payments. Sp they try to.take large sums of money from your account. And thier system is set up to keep trying until they get it.
They will not contact you in any form to try and work with you. They are very rude on the phone, will not listen and talk over you. They don't care about you. They only care about bending you over without lube.

I Called lendcare with a few simple…

I Called lendcare with a few simple questions this morning and the agent STEVEN made me feel like I was stupid! I was humiliated, he was rude and his tone was unexceptible he spoke to me like i was a child! Worst experience I've ever had with an agent in my life! Thanks for making my day STEVEN!

Personally I wouldn’t give any stars but I had to put one for writing in a review, DO NOT GO TO LENDCARE they are rude and disrespectful I have a learning disability, and I had a 2016 SUV at first before all this started my ex wanted to get me a newer car because the one I had was about to go. So he found one he was even talking to him on the phone to do monthly payments of 300$ -360$ so we sign the papers then got the car the. We notice they were taking out 300$-360$ out of the bank account by weekly. When he got on the phone with lendcare to let them know we wanted monthly not weekly they agreed so time goes by then we noticed $600 was taken out from lendcare so we call them again and asked why they take out 600$ the reply because you didn’t want to do weekly that is your monthly bill even though we agreed to do 300 a month my ex got frustrated and told them that we can’t afford 600$ because my baby mother (me) is on disability we have other bills to pay, needed food to feed our 5 year old boy plus rent. Can you come take the car we can’t afford 600$. They ended up refold the car 8/9 months later then took it to a auction to sell it and now I just got court papers from them how they want to sue when that’s impossible and iknow my human rights they are 100% SCAM. And they don’t care that you might become homeless and you have kids to feed and IT SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN

LENDCARE LOANSHARKS DISGUISED

The one star because I can't begin my review. Lendcare Lendcare.....Where do I start with this lying unprofessional filthy language fouled mouthed and damn right disrespectful!!! Another person in his review has come to the conclusion the people at this company are South Asian corrupt and in India, its very possible!! However I had the pleasure of dealing with Caucasian french accent older woman!! From this we can conclude whether India or Canada these money mongers won't spare anyone. They would rip the very clothes off the back of their mother. Back in May 2023 I needed a car and it was financed through Lendcare. Due to a messy divorce my credit had suffered and I was now ready to begin working on building my credit. I knew the terms and interest rate would be a little higher due to my credit rating. In July of 2023 I was unwell and was in and out of hospital during this period I lost my job. My health took a huge set back I was only able to move with support. This is the time I missed payments on my car, I was living off of my savings which were depleting and I was still waiting for Service Canada to confirm my benefit.
Lendcare had been trying to get in contact with me and I was playing catch up with everyone to call and explain my current situation. I initially spoke with Rath at Lendcare and he listened to what I had to say and worked with me to bring the account up to and I began etransferring payments of about $300 to $400. Rath and I communicated over email phone and text. Come September I was gain admitted in to hospital and was out again mid / end October. Due to being connected to a breathing cylinder I would email or Text Rath . With no savings left I was now dependant on my Service Canada Disability. From whiich I was paying rent groceries and my medicines would take most of the benefit to pay for them. I continuously kept Rath at Lendcare in the loop and would send in whatever payment I could towards the car. My health began to improve and I decided to return to the work even if it was part time, living on disability was not easy. I was given the clear from the Doctor to work a few hours. I contact Rath told him my situation asking If I could defer payment for the month of November as this would help me clear the overdue balance faster to which Rath agreed. He asked when would he get the next payment for the car, to which I replied I would hope by 17th November to have paid a huge chunk of the over due amount but would let hi know for sure in a few days. I wanted to know when payroll would be and I could then confirm the date I would send payment via etransfer for the car. I texted Rath letting him know payroll would be November 23rd I would make payment this day towards the car.
NOW COMES IN Donabelle - who wouldn't know what customer service was if it hit in the face !!! Her email stated Lendcare had tried to contact me a number of times and I had not replied and I would face severe consequences. I'm surprised by this as I have been in contact with Rath. Anyhow I called Donabelle on Friday 17th while heading to work. Wishing her Good Morning I proceeded to tell her I had been in contact with Rath therefore I wasn't ignoring Lendcare. I then went on to state why I had fallen behind on my payments due to ill health. While chewing or eating Donabelle abruptly interrupts and says "I don't care about that nor do I need to know " I want the overdue payment made today of approx $2200 I told her that was not possible I was on my way to work and would not be paid till 23rd November!!! She then says you had confirmed to Rath you would be paying November 17th to which I replied a follow up sent via text as my payroll was 23rd November. Donabelle then says we don't accept texts and I don't get why your kind of people they can get things for free !! I then replied telling Donabelle not to speak to me in that manner and what was meant' by my"kind of people" this line erked me as it I felt it was a discriminating comment. I again told her that 23rd November was the earliest I could get a payment to her, but she insisted on get her the payment that very moment. I told her that was not possible and in that case they could take back the care and let me know so i could have the keys ready, She replied with " don't tell me what to do and she doesn't need my kind to give her instruction. I then replied saying fine with me and she doesn't need to be a bi^tch about it. End of phone call. On Friday at lunch time I check my phone to see numerous missed calls. I called the number and it was Lendcare. I was put through to Donabella, who again is eating and finds it fine to talk to me with her mouth full. I ask her for the amount which is over due immediately and her reply was "I told you what it was why do you need it again" At this point I was ready to snap but managed to keep my cool.

The worst…how does Carol still have a job??

The worst….Carol is rude and yells at you and doesn’t answer your questions. Switched bank accounts. Four months later they took it from the previous account and did not take accountability. They’re still charging their $75 nsf fee. Also, signed up for their warranty to eliminate the interest increase. Not the case, they charged the regular payment plus the warranty fee. I asked them to provide the recorded phone call when I signed up for this warrant. The promises would be there. Of course, given their reputation, they would probably edit the recording. Trying to cancel the warranty and still haven’t received a call back. Did Carol pass the message? It’s been a week now. Wish I researched this company before doing our small loan.

DO NOT get a loan from them. No matter how bad you want toy, just save and buy it outright. Bought a quad for almost $20k, didn’t read the contract, (my bad) would pay nearly $50k for it in the end. Interest is as high or higher then a credit card, and just asked for a payout amount, they added “$8.11 per diem per day.” $8.11 interest a DAY!!! They are predators and how it’s legal blows my mind, it shouldn’t be. Learn from all us borrowers, it will cost you an arm and a leg in the end, naw change that, it will cost both arms and legs.

Worst place ever

Worst place ever. They put you on hold for 30 minutes then hang up on you. Taking unauthorized payments from me and yes I have the emails to back up my statement.. absolutely the worst hands down dealing with Debbie is like talking to my dog

If you want a predatory loan from the most ignorant company around this is the place go...I got a $9000 seadoo off of marketplace that they are trying to charge me over $41,000 for...the worst part is the seadoo has been at the shop since I got it and spent thousands trying to figure it out...SCAMMERS DO NOT GET A LOAN THROUGH THEM

Stay away from this company they are rude and do not return calls or respond to emails I have called supervisors left messages emailed the supervisor and they ignor you. I even called and got a regular employee who was rude and even said they are not responding because they don't want to settle the account.
Such poor customer service.
I will never use Lendcare for anything I would walk away from a deal before dealing with them again.

Everyone person I have ever spoken to or emailed is rude. You send them new banking information and have to send e times before they confirm they have it. I have also went to Better Business Bureau

Stay away! They’re the worst company

This company is friendly at first until after the paperwork is signed! Be warned!

I had received two agreement for my car loan with two different amounts and two different payment withdrawal dates.

I had planned the payments around the wrong date and wrong amount based on what information I had from them. A payment was missed as a result and I called Lendcare when the payment was returned. The representative I spoke with was extremely rude. She cut me off several times when I called to inquiry about the payment schedule and the amount I owed. She took over the call insisting that I cooperate but I was completely willing to speak to them and reminded her that I called to clear things up. After I complied with her requests to allow her to speak before me, she’s then allowed me to ask for what I called for which was the payment schedule and amount sent to my email.

She informed me that my payment amount was going up by 10% because of the missed payment and a $75 nsf fee was going to I be applied.

This company was difficult to get answers from regarding my loan. Even after I requested several times for my schedule emailed to me she finally agreed to send it.

Stay away far from this company. As soon as I can buy them out with another company I will be. They’re completely unprofessional and very difficult to deal with. I will go out of my way to inform Canadians of this predatory loan company working with a well known car dealer Drive Canada.

This company is a predatory company pretending to be a financial institution, I’ve never been treated so poorly by an agent before when I am inquiring about the total I owe. I expressed I felt talked down to and the agent continued to escalate in his rudeness and not apologize, and once I started crying he got even worse. Once you question how much money you owe, they get defensive because they have tons of under the table fees and stipulations in their contract and they won’t answer the question directly. If you check out better business beaureau, they are not accredited and it is very clear as to why. Do not let this company take your money as you will be held hostage. I wish I could say I was being dramatic but this company is next level predatory and you can find a loan elsewhere that you won’t feel so helpless. Trust me.
