Extremely slow with empty promises.
Extremely slow with empty promises.
Had a flight be delayed over 4.5h to the destination airport. Lost the rental car and overall lost over 700 euro. Thought lennuabi was going to be the saviour of our trip. Apparently not.
After the first month we were updated with positive news, we were going to be paid!
Waited for a long time, almost forgot about the vacation itself, until lennuabi updates us 3 months later...
"The destination airport had issues." 4 months of waiting for this answer. Would've thought that competent lawyers would first of all contact the airport itself. Would've had no issue if this was reported within the first month.
Later contacted another lawyer and they were unable to find any issues on that date in the destination airport as well...

No transparancy
No transparancy - no understanding, how much money was claimed from the aviation company, what were those arguments or how did it go. No visibility at all.

Опыт работы с компанией оказался невероятно лёгким. Заявление о претензии к авиакомпании заполнила быстро, все требования были понятны. Извещения о ходе работы над заявлением поступали регулярно. В итоге получила компенсацию и затраты на покупку необходимых вещей из за потери багажа. Благодарю за проделанную работу.
