Good product, my wife and daughters really enjoy using this while they exercise and watch TV, the customer service from the team was outstanding and the products are high quality.

Faulty within 2 months
I brought the whole set 2 months ago & one of the electronic devices stopped working. Le Peach confirmed its defective but the warranty only lasts for 1 month so will not replace
They obviously do not build their equipment to last longer than 1 month as they fail to guarantee it for longer than that time period.
I wonder how long the other three will last 🤔

If I could give zero stars, I would happily do that! Contacted customer service explaining that my order was missing - apparently they reshipped the order, which again I didn't receive nothing.
Customer service is very unprofessional.

Broke after 3 months
The product completely quit working after 3 months. Customer service was completely unhelpful and basically said too bad. The company does not stand behind their product. Given the inferior quality, why would they?

Great at first but only lasted a couple…
Great at first but only lasted a couple months before it stops working. Customer service is appauling, they basically tell you they can't do anything because it's outside the 30 day return limit. They have a 1 year warranty to have to first purchase. Absolute rubbish don't waste your time.

trainer broker after ~5 uses. they did send a replacement, but then that one broke as well - they said they wouldn't honor a refund or Addit. replacement because it was outside the original purchase window.

What a waste of money
What a waste of money. The adhesive pads only last for 3 uses. So it's useless after 3 days. Disgusted considering the money. It's all smoke and mirrors. Packaging and advertising very very misleading

Absolutely a waste- would not help at all when product was faulty
Absolutely a waste! Only worked for less than 3 months and malfunctioned. When I contacted the company they told me too bad as was outside of warranty and nothing they would do. I had already bought additional items and gels pads but they did not care about customer service at all. Very disappointed in their lack of service and no care at all for customers.
EDIT: I responded to the company reply below immediately (which they took nearly 3 years to even acknowledge) and now a further month on there has been no reply again.

Absolute scam
Absolute scam, stopped working after 3 weeks of use, I emailed them and said it’s out of the warranty period.
My sister bought the same machine on Amazon for $17, EXACTLY THE SAME!
My friends ordered from LePeach and I will be telling them to leave a review also!
Do not buy just because they have good marketing!

FAULTY AND WASTE OF MONEY
I owned this product for 3 months and it malfunctioned. I changed the batteries, gel pads and swapped the modems and it continues to sending random painful and intense jolts while using the same settings i always use since buying. I contacted the Le Peach team and advised them and due to it being after 30 days I had no warranty. They basically told me there is nothing they can do. Waste of time and money for something "guaranteed" to work, yet the things work for less then 3 months.

I bought a product at first it was defective so they sent me a new one, it worked perfectly and from one day to the next it stopped working. If the support team tells me that I have already lost the warranty, so the product only works for 3 months, it is disposable

Their discount offers are simply scam
Their discount offers are simply scam. The maths calculations do NOT add up, I emailed and instagrammed them a couple of times … their response has been “sorry the manager says it is correct”. Please do calculate their discount offers on the original price and check on the correct price after you have applied the codes to your purchase. The discounts are not what they advertise at all! #falsemarketing #scam

Don't trust this scam of a company. I purchased the trio and never received my order. Tiktokers get paid to promote these trashy companies and the consumer is left with a horrible experience. Please save your money.
