I chose Lester and Brown for both my fiancé’s engagement and wedding ring, which were designed bespoke, and the service I received was nothing short of fantastic. Ian designed the rings exactly as described, using CAD drawings which really helped to visualise how they would look. The end result for both rings was perfect and exactly what we wanted - not to mention he fast tracked the wedding ring as we were a bit last minute in sorting it out! A lovely family run business - Ian was attentive and made me feel really relaxed and was genuinely a pleasure to deal with. Thanks so much again and we will definitely be back. Jacob & Rebecca.

Recommendation from a friend! Excellent service and fast tracked the tailored engagement ring for my fiancé within 8 days! Ben and team made our consultation personable, open and educated on their wealth of knowledge on diamonds. Ben was in close contact over messenger updating me on stones and diamonds styles until I made the decision.

Thanks again for all your help, I couldn't have done it without you.

What an amazing service from start to finish. All the staff are so friendly & extremely knowledgeable & professional.
I had a bespoke ring made using my pre-loved jewellery. I absolutely love the finished item!! Together with the guys in the shop we designed what I was looking for, they approved each stage with me. Sent a video of the finished ring for my approval before any work was done.
I genuinely highly recommend Lester & Brown Jewellers.

5 star service, they were all super friendly and efficient. I enquired about an engagement ring resize in the morning, took the ring in the afternoon and they did it within 20 minutes. Excellent, would highly recommend!

I went to Lester & Brown to get an engagement ring and set of wedding rings following a recommendation from a family friend. I would highly recommend for anyone looking to choose an engagement ring. Ian and Ben were so helpful and patient in helping us choose what we wanted and I ended up with the perfect ring! The communication with Ben was fantastic. The rings were ready in line with the times agreed and I’m so happy with what we chose!

I went to Lester and Brown having previously had a piece of jewellery made for my daughter. I fancied remodelling my engagement ring and was unsure of what could be done. Ian was wonderful he came up with a couple of ideas from our discussion and sent numerous Images of designs for me. He even made a silicone mould of the ring so I could see the design physically one my hand.
I am thrilled with the final ring!

I had some old jewellery redesigned into a beautiful ring that is everything I could have hoped for and more. Ian took time to review the design, until it was perfect. Delightful to deal with, very talented and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Recently took my sister, who is now as pleased with her new ring, as I was with mine.

Recently bought a present for my daughter~in~law. I now live 200 miles from L&B shop but this was no problem for David or Ian, it arrived this morning, and is fabulous. I cannot speak highly enough of how helpful, knowledgeable, and just downright nice these blokes are.

The team at Lester & Brown have always been soooooooo immensely helpful. I’ve taken in a few bits and pieces and they fixed charms back on bracelets, resized rings and kindly offered to reduce a ring size/fix a stone into postion further for me free of charge so it was perfect and wearable. They are such a friendly passionate team and the service has always been personal, well explained and to such a high standard. Highly recommended for stunning jewellery pieces and repairs - superb! An amazing experience at Lester and Brown with both Ben and Ian. Ben was extremely helpful in getting my grandma’s locket repaired, and coming up with suggestions for how I was able to re-weld my bracelet. Ian was then able to re-weld my bracelet back onto my wrist (it’s a big trend at the moment to have a matching bracelet with a friend that is permanently on your wrist) - this being the first time he has done this, it was super fun for us both and I couldn’t be more thankful as it’s very sentimental to me. It looks brand new and so pleased I was able to get all my jewellery repaired here! 10/10 service. Thanks guys!

His colleagues are equally as considerate and always willing to help.

From start to finish I’d 1000% recommend Lester & Brown. They were so easy to sit down and chat through what we wanted (she) wanted… and made it so simple. All the staff were really friendly and not just trying to get a sale. We went in store to have a look at the different choices, I then ordered what we saw online and within a couple of days the ring was ready to collect. Safe to say it looks STUNNING. Plus the engagement rings are all such good value too for the carats you get ! Would highly recommend 5 Star service.

Yet another visit to my favourite jewellers. My latest piece of jewellery is a diamond and aquamarine necklace, which represents prior and present loved family members all having March birthdays. The necklace Ian has done is just beautiful and I will wear it with much pleasure and affection. Thank you Ian, the necklace is very special to me for many reasons.
