When I made the purchase for a Horrex Sliding door fly screen on the 15th April, it showed you had stock only to be notified a few days later that you do not and the earliest delivery will be the 14th May. I then received an email saying the delivery is delayed until June. I called and spoke to you yesterday (14th May) and we agreed that you shall call me back by close of business with a confirmed date. I AM STILL WAITING AND HAVE LEFT YOU 2 MESSAGES TODAY (15 MAY) PLEASE CANCEL AND MAKE A FULL REFUND.
Please do not try and make excuses and blame the supplier as you never had the audacity to call be back with an update

I put in an order on 9 April. I have not received this and any time I try to email the company there’s no response. It seems to me that this is a scam business
I have just read a rely that this is my fault! Seriously? If I had been asked for an email address I would have entered it. You had my home address and that’s all you need to send a parcel.

I appreciated the customer care phone call from a very friendly chap to just check I had not made a mistake with my order as it was slightly unusual.

Very easy to order and friendly telephone support for any questions I had, arrived sooner than expected even during a bank holiday weekend.

Item hadn't arrived and tracking wasn't working, but I called them, and the guy got on it right away and part arrived a few days later. So, I would use them again.

I ordered parts from this company on Monday 23/3/26 and received them today 25/3/26. Can’t believe how fast they are to deliver. Will be using again. And recommending to everyone.

I still haven't received my order I phoned Friday for someone to tell me they would ring Monday we now on Wednesday very disappointed

Please read this before you part with any money. This is all true and verifiable.
I ordered a part in July 2025 which they failed to deliver
I telephoned them to cancel the order and they put the phone down on me.
I sent a letter straight away confirming the cancellation and requesting a refund. This was ignored.
I sent a second letter requesting my refund and warned them I would take legal action if they didn’t pay. This was also ignored.
I commenced legal action at the County Court to recover my money and they were sent official notification.
They then sent a partial refund having deducted postage and a ‘restocking fee.’ This breaches the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013. Their ‘refund policy’ is unlawful and I have reported them to Bristol Trading Standards.
On 16th February 2026 the court found judgement in my favour and awarded me the FULL amount I was owed plus ALL my costs as well as accumulated interest. Case number 701MC150.
They have defied the court order and they now have a county court judgement (CCJ) against their business which will stay on record for six years.
County Court Judgements are linked to a company’s registered office address. On 26th February 2026 (ten days after the court case) they changed their registered address which is now on their website. This CCJ will be associated with their previous registered address and will not be linked to the new address. Draw your own conclusions.
The director of this company has changed his name at least three times since they were set up in 2018. (See Companies House records.)
I will now pay for a court ‘Enforcement Agent’ to recover my money (plus the additional costs) which may require bailiffs to visit their premises and seize property to the equivalent value.

Product has not arrived after weeks waiting without information on delivery.

Really happy with dealing with Letang Auto to buy a rooftop air conditioner. I had two courtesy phonecalls to arrange delivery & to ensure I had appropriate sealant for the job. Delivery was spot on and the price for the unit was really competitive.
