Great product great price
Service was good apart from one area. Ordered and received notice it was being processed.
Then received notice it was cancelled. No information why.
I had to call to find out.
It was because of charges being applied by PayPal, even though I had the option to use that service.
This was because the discount given and then the charges on top was stopped by the sales department.
I reordered using a card direct and all was well.
My point for writing this was that the order was cancelled but no reason given nor any communication until I called.
All this said , great price. Great product, quick delivery once ordered.

Professional & Compassionate
Dan fixed my diesel heater on very short notice and didn't charge any extra fee. Within 15 minutes he found the issue (air bubbles in the pipe that feeds the pump with diesel + pump is getting old) and sorted it too. He clearly takes pride in his expertise. He took time to explain it to me what went wrong and how he fixed it. I couldn't recommend this service highly enough! Professional, passionate and compassionate.
