I had to share with Christian Doucet how much of a pleasure it is when we have to call LevelSet/Procore. Christian is ALWAYS kind, polite, patient, and very knowledgeable! I ALWAYS know he will take the time necessary to explain and help anyone on our team who has to contact him! Thank you Christian!! LevelSet/Procore should know that they have an extreme asset in having you on their team and represent their organization!

I asked for some help to run a report and I got the report so quickly and easy with Kendra's help. That made my day very happy. Kendra is so knowledgeable and friendly.

Levelset.com sent me a "certified letter" saying I was the general contractor on a project that I know nothing about. I have never been in the construction industry and this looks like a scam. Their customer service is nonexistent. They do not provide a number to call, only a link to a chat bot that won't answer questions.

It's the first time I file a lien. Ashley was really helpful guiding me thru the process. In addition we were running against time we had 1 day left and this was filed successfully.

The platform is intuitive and makes managing liens and notices much easier. I particularly like the document automation feature, which saves us a lot of time. However, there was a bit of a learning curve when we first started, and it took us a while to get the hang of things. But once we did, the benefits became clear.

I like that preliminary notices and releases are free. Filing of liens have a fair cost. Customer service thru chatting is excellent.

I no longer stress and fret when it is time to do Notice of Intents or Lien/Bond Claims. As long as FireTron has input the correct information into the Levelset portal, I know my Notices are going out correctly.

Helpful on where to file and assisting with a second document. Was very informative.

Rachel provided a comprehensive walk through of the requisite requirements to ensure that our implementation was undertaken effectively. She explained many aspects of how Levelset works and answered the questions and concerns I had.

You cannot physically speak with a person any longer and I need to cancel a lien. This has become a huge inconvenience.

I have paid for several of services that level set offered. Now I can’t speak to a person regardless the services I have paid. Dear trustpilot/level set. You're missing the point I don't want to talk to AI. I want to communicate with a live person via a telephone number I can talk to a live person. Not a computer generator answer. A real live human answering my real question in which I have paid your service for you to answer.

Prompt response and personal service for all my questions. Ashley is patient and friendly and walks me through all the steps. So glad she's there to help.
