Wij hebben via licono.com een Autodesk-licentie aangeschaft. Deze werkt inmiddels al geruime tijd probleemloos en volledig naar verwachting.

In het begin waren er enkele onduidelijkheden rondom de activatie. Dit is echter snel en professioneel opgepakt door de helpdesk. De communicatie was duidelijk en oplossingsgericht, wat het vertrouwen direct herstelde.

Al met al een zeer positieve ervaring. Tevreden klant.

Zeer slechte ervaring – absoluut geen aanrader

Ik heb bij dit bedrijf een Adobe‑licentie voor 12 maanden gekocht, maar na vier maanden werkte de licentie al niet meer. Vanaf dat moment begon de ellende pas echt: het opgegeven e‑mailadres blijkt niet meer te bestaan en de voicemailbox zit continu vol. Er is dus totaal geen manier om contact op te nemen of ondersteuning te krijgen.

Ik heb betaald voor een jaar, maar krijg niet geleverd wat is beloofd. Dit voelt simpelweg als misleiding. Een bedrijf dat op deze manier met klanten omgaat, verdient geen vertrouwen. Ik raad iedereen aan om hier ver vandaan te blijven.

Just like most people here I do was hestitant in the beginning, however placing my order with Paypal the customer service was so nice they helped me setting up my license. Thumbs up for Licono.

Avoid this company like the plague. All they want is your money and do not refund you even when they say you will.

Products look attractively priced and positioned, but do not fall for thier marketing gimmicks as you will not get anything in return for your money.

Update 22-10-25:
Licono.com have continually tred to get this review taken down by Trustpilot since it was posted, whilst still contacting me directly stating I will be refunded and have now requested I wait another 14 days. Watch this space.

I’m an architect and use Revit and AutoCAD daily. Both keys from Licono have worked as expected for months. Saved our firm some budget we could put into hardware instead.

They initially sent the wrong edition of Office (Home & Business instead of Pro). I reached out and they corrected it quickly, sent the right key, and apologized. Minor mix-up, resolved professionally.

Bought Revit on a Friday night to meet a Sunday deadline. Key came fast, install took a while (expected), and I was modeling by morning. Crisis averted.

Ma licence a fonctionné sans aucun problème.

We run a tiny architecture studio and picked up multiple AutoCAD and Revit licenses here. I liked that they sent clear steps with screenshots, plus a VAT invoice for our accountant on request. One machine needed phone activation but support walked my tech through it in 5 minutes. For the price, this is kind of a no-brainer for small outfits like ours.

Windows 11 Pro retail key activated fine on a new build. No weird prompts, just typed it in.

Had one Windows key that wouldn’t activate after a reinstall. Support verified the error and issued a fresh key quickly. That responsiveness is what earns repeat business.

Picked up Office 2021 for my home PC. Cheap, quick, worked first try.
