Danielle and Ingrid were of great…
Danielle and Ingrid were of great assistance to me as I navigated acquiring and setting up the system for my aunt in another state. The people that answer the emergency calls are dry as hell so be ready for their humbugness. Also be ready for repetitive calls they are forced to make. People want and need life alert, there’s no need to be so predatory. Again, if you’re reading this, look past that and focus on the few shining stars that work for LifeAlert.

My contact person was very clear in explaining every aspect of life alert. I will be a first time user but have only heard good things. The person who helped me set this, up has one for both her mother and mother-in-law and she is more than happy with the system.
