It is fine. I question why I need a land phone for this service. With the land phone I think it takes longer to respond. Can we delete the phone line?

Bad Response

On April 3, 2026, I needed to use Medical Alert to call for an ambulance. The first time I pushed the button and the second time I pushed the button, it said 'all operators are busy'. The third time I got through and they did send an ambulance to take me to the hospital. I am glad I was able to call three times. If I'd only had one chance, only God knows what would have been the result. I called the company and talked to a supervisor. She was no help. Someone called me from the Company last week. They were no help either; they could not explain the delay. I will find a company that answers the call every time.

When the Flu Isn't Flu

I went to bed Wed. night with a truly bad case of chills. I thought I was coming down with the flu and would be better in the morning. I never saw Thursday, as I slept through Thurs. into late Fri. morning. A friend was supposed to take me to my Retina Specialist that day for eye injections. When I wasn't in front of the house, she kept calling but I was VERY ILL with pneumonia and sepsis. I was finally able to give the combination to my Medical Alert lock box, she entered, came upstairs, got me some water, and had me alert the Paramedics with my Alert Button. They took me to the hospital with what turned out to be an 8-day stay. Now, a month later, I'm still regaining my strength, but my friend's intervention and Medical Alert saved my life.

They talked too fast and too much for a person hard of hearing. My mom just needed to tell them what she needed but they kept talking over her.

This was my third or fourth Alert

This was my third or fourth Alert, Button ⚾️ 🏀 🎱 ⚽️, and the others, I don’t know. They didn’t seem to work when I fell. Some of them weren’t able to sense a fall. This one has worked fine almost every time I fall and it tests good all the time I appreciate it. The price is a little high compared to what they’re going for now but I’m in.

Very sad

account is closed and you keep taking money out of my account. You owe me money. Also can not understand people in billing department. Is this on purpose ? And that's if they answer the phone. Selene ricker is dead. Stop stealing from me.

Horrible customer service.

It took at least 12 plus calls from them to update my account. That’s just messages. Not mentioning my calls to them. Worked with a case number also. Still no adjustment. In an emergency we got faster response from 911. Took 5 to 6 months to correct.

I’ve used Medical Alert a very long time. I’m 92yrs young….. over the yrs., I have accidentally set my alarm off and you responded immediately. I presently have four family members who are my emergency contacts. They always receive a call immediately. Thank you so much for your services. Most recently, I thought I was having a heart attack…. I hit that button on my machine and the fire dept along with an ambulance were here within five minutes. ❤️‍🩹

y'all still owe us money... very disappointed

y'all still owe us money...
Kerry died nearly 3 months ago...
but terrible service from day 1

first, the wrong unit was shipped,
we paid for expedited and it took over a week to arrive.
a new one was sent, again not quickly
it took 8 hrs to charge, died in 2 hrs
after many many calls to support
[and you AI was wrong about charging, which the tec admitted they knew]
support said that the wrong charger was sent, so we, again, paid for expidited service ... the new charger arrived weeks later, after Kerry died
finally support agreed to monitor the device [they had the records, just didn't look until my 6th or 7th call]
they discovered that we, again, had sent the wrong device ...
a new device was shipped, and arrived 3 days before Kerry passed, by then he was bedridden...

my wife has delayed sending this evaluation to the Better Business Bureau until we get our refund ...
she may just send it now...

where is our refund?
