My experience has been ok. My only complaint is the 'string' that holds the unit. There seems no way to adjust it and as it is it is far too long..it hangs well below my waist. This is very inconve... Ver más

Generally the Life Assure Alert pendant is easy to wear, to charge and to keep nearby. However it has one big negative and that is that quite often when I take the Life Assure Medical Alert off, that is to say when I lift the Alert from my neck to where I keep it at night it registers a fall and consequently an alert call from your phone centre. ‘ not a good thing as you have to call and verify that I am OK more often than necessary.
I did call to see whether the sensitivity could be reduced but apparently that isn’t possible.
In addition I should add that the one time I did fall while wearing the Alert it did not register a fall.
Generally I think it is a good thing, but there seem to be a few bugs to work out.

Because of my COPD and living alone, I rely on my Life Assure monitoring system. It gives me peace of mind knowing that should I need help it is only a button push away.However, life and finances can change very quickly. I found myself having to downsize on my spending so I was going to have to cut out some things to work with my new budget. I called Life Assure to cancell my monitoring system. The young lady I spoke to was able to give me a much more affordable price so I am now able to keep the system and my peace of mind. Thank you so very much Life Assure.

I keep phoning in about the unit not holding a charge for only 9 hours. They wake me up during the night to put on the charger. The last time I called in, we did a test, and when I pressed the button, no one answered. They had me change where I plugged in. That didn't make any difference. So I packed the unit up and sent it back, only to find that it's stuck in the mail strike. I found it to be a nuisance. So I cancelled the subscription. I'm paying for something that doesn't work. Never worked from the beginning.

There has not been one thing that has been an emergency but just knowing this really works. unfortunately there have been a few accidental calls and the operator has been very understanding and just wants to make sure I am alright. Some calls have accidentally been placed by my own stupidity but a few other times when placing the unit down gently it activated. It is great to be able to confirm everything is working after turning the unit off for travel by plane just by hitting the button and letting them know the reason for calling. They are happy to know it is back on line and working. Just a word of advise, it is sensitive so if you have it around your neck don’t jump up and down or have it make contact with anything as this will set the call into the operator. It is definitely worth the price as it gives you piece of mind. Title.

I fell on the corner of a sidewalk. The call went in right away. I did not need help b/c I fell right in front of a walk-in clinic. They helped me up & checked me over. A lady there drove me home while her husband falled us with his car.
Life Assure is great.

Your customer service people are well-informed, patient and polite. Because I've had a few false alarms, I know that response is immediate. The ease of use is a huge factor as well. Add to that, it is a Canadian company and help is local rather than from all over the country. Overall, I have and will continue to recommend Life Assure to one and all.

The device was not working properly and customer insisted it was good. Finally accepted and had to pay to return it. Took 2 weeks for they to send a new one just when canada post strike started. So in more tha 2 months I haven’t have a devuce
