My experience has been ok. My only complaint is the 'string' that holds the unit. There seems no way to adjust it and as it is it is far too long..it hangs well below my waist. This is very inconve... Ver más

Revision. Pam the manager reached out after our 1 star review and she was very understanding and understood our frustrations. She has assured us, that she has spoke with her team in regarding our situation and had recommended that if they have a query such as ours they are to reach out to management instead of leaving us frustrated and without service. Pam responded in a timely manor via email to our concern. We stand behind your product for our elder mother as it give us and her reassurance.

The response was amazing. Within seconds I received a call, to make sure I okay. Shortly after that I received another call to ensure everything was okay. I immediately called my family, who live provinces away, and are on my list as contacts. They were more than pleased with the rapid service. Thank you so much. I won The device I activate it when I can stop calling me
We are swapping my mom's device to the wearable one on her wrist. The old device was shipped a week ago, which we had to pay for. They have not reached out to me to let .e know if they got it or if the new device has been shipped. Also, the app is not working. It will not load. I do not like how customer service is closed on the weekends. I will probably call in the morning to find out about the delivery of the devices and about the app. I would like more communication and better hours. I do not feel it's right to have to pay for the shipping. The normal device is way too heavy for my mom to hear around her neck.

Very unhappy with my initial contact with this firm. I left a message requesting an urgent quote and in the meantime got a quote from a competitor, which was all I needed. I thenreceived FOUR subsequent calls from Life Assure trying to sell me products, when each time I told them I had received the information I needed, and did not need further information. After the second call I asked them not to call me back again, but I got two more pressuring calls. This kind of aggressive marketing is very unprofessional in my opinion.

I just got the service and am very happy with the feeling of safety it gives me. It was crazy at first, as it kept going off; but your people did a great job answering; and ensuring me I was not a bother, that after a few days the system would recognize my habits and all would be good. They were right, it’s been great ever since.

Customer Service, when I had any questions, was amazing each time I needed to speak to them! It was wonderful not having to go thru so many hoops to talk to someone live. Plus, speaking to someone who was not with a heavy accent, so easier to understand and be understood, also appreciated!
Pendant is easy to setup, test out and to be understood how to use by anyone including my 92 yr old uncle.
Another plus, you don’t have to have a contract and can unsubscribe at any time with no penalty. I would highly recommend this company. 👍
One thing I’d like for company to include with the info provided is how often you can expect to have to charge the battery. (Pendant does warn you when battery is getting low, though.)
That is one question that was answered when I called customer service. 👍

She ordered on Nov 14, did not recieve until after Christmas due to Canada postal strike, yet still being charged. Had to cancel her credit card to prevent them from charging again, since online reviews indicate that though they indicate once they have their unit back they cancel the service, customers are still are being charged sometimes months afterwards.
