OK but string holder too long
My experience has been ok. My only complaint is the 'string' that holds the unit.
There seems no way to adjust it and as it is it is far too long..it hangs well below my waist. This is very inconvenient because it hits up against everything. Is there a shorter
"string"? It would be appreciated.

I feel free
I feel free. I can go for a walk and not worry about falling. I get to take my cat for a walk in his stroller with no worries. I didn't go far all winter, but now I'm out most days walking with confidence.
The staff is very reassuring with quick responses and friendly voices. That counts, big time.

I really like my device
I really like my device, it's light and doesn't go off if you bump into things. I also like that it tells you when to charge it.
I'm just so happy that I haven't had to use it in an emergency so far. I would certainly recommend it to everyone that lives alone. It will give you more confidence and freedom.

I didn't know that I hit the SOS button…
I didn't know that I hit the SOS button since I was sound asleep. The alarm just all of a sudden went off. I did get a phone call right away after I turned the alarm off. One thing concerns me though.... I fell a couple of days ago and the alarm did not go off. It was a good thing I had a friend here with me.

I am happy with my device
I am happy with my device. I researched on line then got a phone call. After a little persuasion I decided to order it. I especially like the fall alert aspect.
I would like to have another cord choice, a lighter colour or even a chain instead of black.

This device gives me peace of mind as I frequently lose my balance and fall. When I fall I cannot get up myself. It take 2 people to get me up. I recharge device when I go to bed and take it with me when I get up. ALSO SAYS DEVICE is charging. Charger is small and needs very little space.
