Agent changed the agreed DAY of my viewing without telling me from Tuesday to Thursday and therefore left me waiting at the door. He then called me later the same day apologising for cancelling a totally different viewing that I hadn't even requested. He conveniently forgot to mention, until prompted, that the property I was waiting at is no longer on the market.
Did they get me confused with another client? Frustrating and a massive waste of time.
