My estate agent linked me with Lifetime Legal when I listed my flat for sale with them last year. I understand it was part of a free trial, which I didn't cancel, and they then took an annual membership from me. And just recently, they've taken another year's membership from me. I contacted them to ask for a refund and they refused as they'd sent me e-mails about the upcoming payment. I thought those messages were spam. It's very annoying when companies trick you into signing up for memberships you don't need. And many people lead busy lives, or have ADHD (like me), and thus don't cancel these memberships. I've also contacted my estate agent - Leaders (Brighton and Hove) about this - as they should be warning customers about the ongoing fees.

Have just completed my will through Lifetime legal. I had a telephone call arranged to do this. I had several reminders. Very useful! The call was made on time and Dylan was quick, efficient and suggested a few things that I hadn’t considered. I was emailed the draft that same afternoon. Then when I was happy it was sent to me , arriving 2 days later. Couldn’t have asked for a more efficient service. So happy that it’s now been done and was so easy.
