Purchased a load arrestor and chain hoist with Gemma Morris. The hoist wasn't the model I needed, but Gemma liaised with the supplier and resolved for me very quickly. I would highly recommend using this store!

on another order we required a slight modification and serial numbers added which was no problem at all, and again quick delivery.
