Despite the website saying a part was in stock, it was backordered for 5 months. Even after I had to call to find that out because my order didn't ship, the website still says it is in stock. When I then told them I wanted to cancel the order, they said they were unable to do that. On top of that, the website also says the order will process in 10 business days and my order didn't process for much longer than that. Don't do business with this shady company.

I ordered the wrong lightbulbs on a substantial order. They gladly took the return but for a 25% restocking fee. So they have their lightbulbs back, kept $80 of my money plus I had to pay for the shipping back! I will not do business with this company any longer.

I ordered A3921 which turned out to be wrong diameter. I called to place new order for correct diameter and was told their policy is not to accept return of A3921's due to "backstop gov't regulations". If you can sell A3921 to me, you can accept them back. Their standard response was "I understand but our policy is..... blah blah blah!" Do not do business with this company, they have zero integrity.

I bought some light bulbs that the regular stores have stopped selling. I have received all the light bulbs in good condition. Very rapidly.Very satisfied. You did a great packaging.

I bought the Satco S8737 lamps based on the Satco spec sheet from your website that states the lamp is dimmable for 120V service. Unfortunately, the lamps are not dimmable for 120V service, and the lamp packages received do not claim dimmability.

False advertising.

LED bulbs are interesting but the ambient lighting effect still leaves a lot to be desired. These bulbs give me the lighting ‘look’ I’m looking for. Not the green tinge, nor the brightness. Perfect. Thanks, I’ll be ordering more.

4000 hours bulbs? I think not. Now, I know better than to expect them to live up to such claims, but got more like 100 hours out of the first one. We'll see how the rest of my order goes but so far, totally unsatisfactory.

The lightbulbs are better than the ones being replaced. We hope the new bulbs last a long time since they are being used at our beach house with 24-7 exposure to the salt air.
