Cool kit for the Red Bull F1 car. When doing the set up I was worried the wires were too flimsy and loose but it all turned out really cool and am very happy with the end result.

Great product
Great product. Love the outcome when I completed my build. Instructions were easy to follow, with minor difficulties in certain areas, but overall user friendly. Still pricey, but the quality is really good and I’m sure they’ll will last a long time.

Easy to follow instructions!
Easy to follow instructions and options for building with lights or installing after completing the build. LED's had wires long enough to reach the bub without perfect routing. Perfect kit to make our lego build stand out!

2.0 system pretty good.
I've gotten an opportunity to run the 2.0 system in both build while I build the Lego and add after I build the Lego. I much prefer the add after the Lego is built process. The instructions are great all around. I'll definitely get more.
My only complaint is a personal preference. It was that I really hoped that the light as you build instructions combined the Lego instructions with the lighting, instead of writing a whole new packet of instructions. I felt getting whole bunch of new instructions that I'd have to either print out or read off a screen to be less "immersive" or wasteful. I was hoping for "Build Lego steps 1-20 and at 21 do this for lights!" type instructions. Again, it's a personal preference.

Hi Kyle, thanks so much for your feedback! 😊 The team wishes it were that simple too! We’re always working to make the install process as smooth and user-friendly as possible. But when it comes to lighting, following the original LEGO instructions just doesn’t cut it — we often need to add our own bricks and even borrow a few from other bags in the set to make everything fit nicely and keep the lights hidden and seamless.
So yep… that means we have to throw out the rulebook and create an entirely new guide from scratch! 😅

Light 'em Up!
Great instructions! Mostly easy to follow, a little confusing at times when the instructions varied from the official LEGO instructions, though not hard to figure out. Adding the lights really enhanced the look and display of my LEGO set.

Maybe needs more updating
The 2.0 needs some serious fleshing out. The non lego bricks doesn't work with the set. The flat wire also doesn't sit nicely between the bricks. The only good thing is the connector to the usb port which slips right in. Everything else was not good to repurchase anytime soon.

The LMB set for the Hogwarts Castle and…
The LMB set for the Hogwarts Castle and Grounds looks amazing on the set and cleverly illuminates iconic features of the Castle. Assembly was pretty straightforward but you must follow the LMB As you build digital instructions and sometimes cross reference the LEGO manual to confirm assembly if you add the lights as you go. We found a few errors along the way but nothing major. Keep in mind that the build order is different in the LMB digital manual than the LEGO manual. The ribbon style wiring was easy to work with and tucked nicely between LEGO pieces. My only concern is the USB connector seems a bit fragile with the ribbon extending from under the castle. Care must be taken to ensure this doesn’t break.

Best brick lighting you can get
They offer high quality, innovative products at very fair prices. The website is super easy to use. Shipping is always fast. And I've never had an issue with any of their products. If you like to add illumination to your bricks, this is the way to do it.

Never going to recommend
Well the power brick doesn't seem to work. It was extremely difficult to plug in the lightsaber to the sockets. Neither seem to work, and due to a draconian set of refund rules I cannot return the items or exchange them.
