I love this company
I love this company! Their product is so well designed and they keep making improvements to make it easier to use. The quality and engineering behind their components is fantastic. I use their stuff, not only for my Lego sets, but for my action figure doiramas and vehicles as well. Fantastic product!

Will not refund you your money.
While I can’t speak to their product their support team and refund process are atrocious. Their return guidelines are already stringent to begin with, can’t be opened, you pay shipping etc… what makes it far worse is once you’ve returned your item they will delay and withhold your refund. My item got back to them June 5th and now 22 days later I have still yet to receive my money. I was told days ago it had “been processed” but this was not the case. Unlikely to consider their products again.
Edit: This has been settled, after 28 days I received my refund.

This was my first experience building a…
This was my first experience building a Lego build and well as lighting it up. I am a 70+ woman whose son got me hooked on 'playing with legos'. Needless to say I have two more builds, Boutique Hotel and Jazz Club the I will probably be lighting them up as well. Instructions were easy to follow although I did have to retrace my steps a few times when it told me to power test and it did not work. But amazingly I finished it and it looks great as described by you! if I had one suggestion to make, don't make the black 'sticky' tabs that hold the wires together so hard to get off. Old fingers have a difficult time getting it apart, but I managed. Thanks again for producing such an awesome product for Legos.

Good kit, good support
Support was responsive. Instructions were missing a key step. A good Lego lighting kit. This was my first lighting kit, installed post model construction. i found the process difficult and frustrating.

Have to say I was a little intimidated…
Have to say I was a little intimidated when beginning to look at instructions (easy to find online for each set). Having to take apart some of a finished product is a bit tedious but everything is set by set walk through on how to do it. Very gratifying when I was finished and got to see the results!! Will definitely be purchasing more sets now!!

The directions were clear n spot on...anyone lighting their displays i recommend lighting while building. The directions will show you the perfect way to hide the extremely thin wires.
