Ordered some Christmas pjs and unfortunately didn’t come in time, but I was kept upto date in messages and received a full refund in the end. Messages responded to in a timely manner, lovely family run business with genuine people!

I receive goods from her before was happy just I didn’t get my Christmas pyjamas , Very happy with service, handled my request very sufficiently, and refunded me straight away. No problems. Thankyou so much. Highly recommend.

Such a poor experience. I never received my items that I ordered in October. I have been chasing a refund with no response. I would not recommend this website.

Ordered a large order of Christmas presents and have received nothing. No reply to countless emails. Reports sent to Shopify. Totally waste of time and total scammers! Hopefully the bank will refund under fraud.

My order unfortunately didn’t make it in time before Christmas,I was then offered a refund despite the fact that my order could still arrive ❤️ (orders were all sent on the 22nd of dec,so still a chance it could arrive) I’ve had nothing but good communication throughout the process,and I think the trolls have nothing better to do ✌️I will be back to order things as I’m confident it’s just the fact that it was busy Christmas period xx

Ordered Christmas pyjamas for my kids in September not received.. requested to cancel order and be refunded as no point in receiving after Xmas.. been told it’s being processed no confirmation emails of cancellation or refund have been received. Now been told to go through my bank.. screams scam artist to me

Pink silk and fluff pjs and some reindeer food to sprinkle on Christmas Eve.

Ordered in july, was told i would get my goods aug-nov, December arrives she cancels the order, 2 weeks later no refund, she tells me to dispute with the bank, she obviously keeps the money and gets the bank to refund, avoid this company

Ordered sale items and received next day, customer service is lovely and always very helpful. Made another order due to stock changes taking a little longer I asked if would be possible for a refund this was dealt with strate away and issued back to my bank. Would happily shop again :)

Have done few orders and received some. some got cancelled but I got store credit straight away. the order from the personalised Christmas pjs were beautiful! The communication may be slow but they have replied to me and resolved the issue pretty quickly. Have a good Christmas girls ❤️

It If I could give zero stars I would did not receive my order even they they confirmed me through messages I would receive it, ignored my messages and emails for a refund had to eventually contact my bank to get my money back. Joke of a company. Do not order from them.

Preordered & paid. It was then cancelled and no refund. They said it’s been issued - it hasn’t. It took me about 6/7 attempts to get them to reply. Had to pursue through the bank. They turn their comments off on social media so that people can’t complain publicly.

Ordered in august for a christmas delivery to ireland which was canceled , i got my refund as store credit, i placed an order again took ages to get but i actually got them i did think it was a scam and even said it to lillys but here we are, absolute bargains, will definatly use again.

Have done lots of orders and received some some got cancled but I got store credit but the order that have come are very good for the price just waiting on a bank transfer for some of my refund some time the communication may be slow but they have replied to me and resolved the issue

I have ordered a couple of times and always received Amazing items, customer service are fantastic too. I ordered some pyjamas that have lasted for this year too. Will 100% be ordering again

Takes orders she can't fulfill, ask for updates on your order/orders get ignored months later still no items, message and email and she makes excuses up demand a refund, she apparently sent refunds, weeks and weeks later nothing in my account, email again she acts like she's never received emails from me before lol contacted my bank they opened fraud claims and then finally got my money back only got it back due to my bank may I add wasn't a refund from this lady. AVOID at all costs.

Would just like to say I received my daughter pjs and scruffaluv today and we are absolutely over the moon with the quality of them my daughter is usually fussy with materials but has popped these on no bother so thank you.

Ordered my daughter’s Christmas bits and other bits! And they arrived in perfect condition! No issues at all! The communication has been amazing!
