Highly recommend!

First and foremost, my experience with the sales/customer service side of LGB was exemplary, which was a big push for me to purchase after the trial period. The 21-day trial is also a generous amount of time to experiment with the button and see how it will best meet the needs of your organization. The software itself (in addition to the physical button) seems very user-friendly and offers my staff a great comfort in knowing they are safe and that help is on the way if necessary. The way that the button communicates with everyone in the organization is helpful and reassuring. I would highly recommend this for any business needing a discreet and helpful way to alert the appropriate staff when help is needed.

I think it is a great program I just…

I think it is a great program I just think they need to add iOS version instead of just android and allow it to find your location to report out if it’s used on the sofa

Thanks so much for taking the time to leave us a review. We really appreciate your feedback, and are glad to hear you're still happy with LGB.

You'll be pleased to know we released an iOS app in December 2020 - so it's available for download on the App Store right now!

The app has all the full functionality of the desktop version, as well as GPS location tracking - you can even toggle between low, medium and high location accuracy, so if you ever need to sent alerts from a specific location (like the sofa!) then you can.

Smart solution for a reasonable price.
Had some troubles contacting their support through their site but after leaving a review here their support team quickly contacted me and solved the problem.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. I'm really sorry you had a frustrating experience initially!

I did raise this with our Support Team as a matter of urgency, so I'm really glad to see they got this resolved quickly for you.

We usually allow 45+ days for payment to be made once we've issued the invoice, but due to a small (now fixed) error on our end, the system didn't refresh as it should have. I have extended your license renewal date, so you won't be charged for the time you weren't able to use Little Green Button. I really do apologise for the hassle - you safety is our number one priority, and I want to assure you that this won't happen again.

I will also be investigating our Live Chat, as it looks like this was the reason your query wasn't picked up - many thanks for bringing this to our attention.
