❌ Do not order from this company. They are no longer operating but will still take your money and you will not receive your order. It is not possible to contact them, the phone numbers are disconnected, no reply to emails or social media messages. I had to dispute the payment with my bank and luckily managed to get my £215 back. Google the company name and address - they have a court order against them forcing the closure of the company! And many other previous businesses which have been closed down! Absolute scammers!

DO NOT USE. I made my order for my wedding in January 2020 but had to postpone it indefinitely due to Covid in which I cancelled my order. At the time I was told I would get a refund but they wouldn't be able to give it to me straight away which I understood given the pandemic however 2 years later and I STILL haven't received my money back despite being promised several times I would. I've been spun every excuse and promise under the sun "you're top of the list for a refund" "give us a couple of months" "we will refund you asap" and now just being ignored by them. I've read similar reviews so clearly they do this a lot. They are liars, extremely unprofessional and time wasters. Avoid them at all costs.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SHOP. They have stolen our money, failed to deliver our purchase, keep their phone turned off, do not respond to emails and have ruined what we wanted to be a perfect day.

You are simply disgusting people. My fiance has been in hospital all day and because I told the truth on here you screamed and shouted at him down the phone.

You are thieves (you've had our money for months). You are liars (you told us we would receive a tracking number on Monday). You have ruined our wedding day (you sent me a photo tonight stating delivery THREE DAYS AFTER THE WEDDING). You do not answer your phone - quite obvious right there that you are cowboys and only responded to me at all when i posted on here and social media. Refund immediately so that we can try at insanely short notice to find a reputable company.
