Poor customer service - I’d ordered a box as a gift to a friend, she wasn’t home at the time of delivery and the chosen delivery driver thought it appropriate to throw the sweets into the back yard without view of it instead of selecting a safe place. My friends dog ate the entire contents. Unfortunately I haven’t received a response from Ruby.

I ordered a pack of pick n mix sweets and turkish delight. The turkish delight are amazing, really tasty. The pick n mix are a Christmas present so dont know what they taste like. Sweets are wrapped in 'plant' paper that is compostable. Really good service, lots of choice. Thank you 🥰
