Donna was a very professional but friendly trainer with excellent interpersonal skills. The delegates were really inspired by her training and have already put some of the skills into practice. We are delighted with the outcomes of the training and hope to work with Donna again in the future.
Mark Simpson provided a Reception Skills course for some of our newest team members. He got them all involved and maintained their interest throughout the whole the day. All staff took away some great new skills to apply to their daily roles.

Excellent company. Very professional from the point of booking through Marie and Simon the tutor. Would highly recommend.
We had a Receptionist who was struggling with telephone calls. Lisa and John were able to offer a bespoke training package; John even tailored this to meet our receptionist's specific needs. Since John's intervention, we've seen a step change in our Receptionist's skillset, and her confidence and abilities have grown enormously. I can't thank Lisa and John enough! We were so impressed, we hope to roll out further training to the whole team in the next 6 months. I would fully recommend these guys for their flexible delivery and for a fantastic outcome!

I spent a lot of time researching different consultancy firms to use for a bespoke Sales Training course and I'm pleased to say that L&L stood out.
From the initial conversations I had with Marie Brennan, I knew that we had chosen the right firm.
We had some issues agreeing a date, due to office space restrictions our end, however when a slot came up L&L were able to accommodate at relatively short notice.
Mark Simpson was our designated trainer and he delivered the Sales Training to a group of 9 of us. Beforehand, we were a bit worried that it could be a bit full on for a Monday, as it was a full day course. However, Mark was very interactive and made the session extremely engaging.
The guys found this really beneficial and enjoyable and it's been great to see them demonstrate the knowledge/techniques/skills they gained within their day-to-day work.

Simon was fantastic. He kept a group of 10 of us engaged throughout the whole day, with lots of laughs included! He provided us with a fantastic time-management course, from which we have all taken multiple points away with us. We all came away feeling completely clued up and look forward to organising further training days with Live and Learn. Highly recommend.

Really relevant training addressing live current issues, from a great trainer who made it enjoyable as well as useful. Staff went away with tools to help them manage difficult people and stresses in their workplace. Would highly recommend!
John at Live and Learn Consultancy delivered a fab training course on Customer Service for the team, he was so engaging and made it fun for everyone. We have learnt so much we didn't think we would even touch on too, which has helped everyone think outside the box and improve their skills.
Sarah Wilks came in to do a Supervisor Training course with two groups of colleagues. The feedback has been amazing. The course was informative, fun and excellently presented. All candidates say they have taken so much away with them that they feel better equipped to perform their roles. Would definitely recommend.
Live & Learn delivered a one day Stress Management training course for us, which everyone who attended found extremely valuable. I would recommend this course as one way for companies to support the wellbeing of their staff, especially given the Covid impact.

I attended, virtually, a full day Presentation Skills course provided by Live & Learn Consultancy Ltd. I thoroughly enjoyed the day and found the information to be relevant and helpful. The trainer was knowledgeable, friendly and had me laughing throughout the day! Looking forward to attending more.

I recommend this training provider who we had not used before. Very professional from start to finish, excellent communication and pre and post course admin. Both trainers (two different sessions booked, one for managers, one for team members) were engaging and knowledgeable and followed up the sessions with further guidance and information. I am sure we will return to use Live and Learn again
