Marie at Live & Learn was really professional in her preparation, personable and delivered a great one day course which the team enjoyed and during which she demonstrated her knowledge and ability to train.
This was the first time we used Live & Learn services, and our company was very impressed. From day one of me contacting Live & Learn they've been very supportive in getting the right training in place for our managers.They listened to what our needs were and clearly highlighted this within the training. The trainer was super easy to gage with and they provided an interactive, fun and engaging session.

Brilliant course content, fab trainer and the team took so much away from the training day.
The team Learnt a lot of valuable skills, and found the training really helpful. They also said that the training was really enjoyable.
Mark Simpson completed our 2 day training course in Crewe and I have to say, it was one of the best training courses I think I've ever been on.
He kept it fun, interactive, engaging, informative - just all round FANTASTIC. Was also a safe space to be honest.
We have a few more booked in with Live and Learn for our Management Development Programme and I cannot wait to see what the next couple hold!

Live and Learn Consultancy delivered an interactive and informative course Dealing with Difficult People for a range of staff in our diverse team that interact with staff and customer issues. The team all enjoyed the course and many are putting into practice the tips and techniques gained from the training.
Marie Brennan was fantastic putting everything together and our trainer Richard Abbott was excellent, practical, knowledgeable, real world delivery of the training, could not recommend enough.

full day Managers skills training course in house. The staff feedback was really positive and the booking process was seamless with fantastic communication throughout.
I would like to provide some feedback based on some recent First Line Managers courses. Simon has been a great Trainer during the 3 workshops, Simon is always professional, motivated, and informative on all sessions and has kept the group of delegates interested and engaged and allowed them to take information and understand how this can be used to support them in their Leadership roles.
Simon has also taken the time to contact me prior to each workshop, to find out what changes or projects we have going on in the Society so he can apply the activities to these changes, this has helped bring the theories and techniques to life.
It has been a pleasure to attend the sessions with Simon and I would also like to thank you for all your help and support with resources and amendments of bookings.

We were visited by Jamie, one of their consultants for two days of training. Absolutely phenomenal, not only did he keep us engaged, he changed the view sets of members that have over 10+ years in customer service + sales. I recommended these courses for those learning, increasing or refreshing their skillsets.

We had a very positive experience using Live and Learn Consultancy for the first time. We contacted them after an alternative provider was unable to deliver the training within our timescale. Live and Learn was flexible and accommodating, and delivered the training in a professional and friendly manner, providing us with useful tools to use in both our work and personal lives.
Aidan Hughes carried out Team Leader training for 6 experienced guys from our shop floor team. His methods were very well received and the guys really felt engaged and included on the 1 day course. It was mentioned that the communication and body language tips were extremely useful and they will be used when talking to their respective teams moving forward.
Live and Learn Consultancy provided us with a fun and engaging customer service training day. Marie helped match us with the training package which met our needs and Ian delivered an excellent training day.
Their 'off the shelf' training packages gave us extremely good value for money. We have already booked a bespoke training day to build on what the team has learned and I would thoroughly recommend their Services. A great investment for any team.
