Spied these sofas a while back. Went back to store and ordered from James. Very helpful. Chose sofas which were different from anything else I had seen. Sofas look well made. Hopefully get a good life out of them.
Paul and Jon delivered. Turned up earlier than expected. Left them to it and must say they were very efficient. Took all the packaging away with them.

Great experience from start to finish with LIVHOME. Brilliant help in the shop from James from the outset, no pressure and no nonsense approach - good laugh and genuinely decent fella. Kept hold of our sofa for longer than anticipated due to new house move with no qualms and delivered on time by the lovely Paul and Jon. Super friendly guys, no mess left behind and continued to represent a class, professional company.

Had a delivery of sofa and chair today. Driver rang me to say he would be there in 30mins he arrived on the dot. Found Paul & Jon extremely efficient and helpful. Explained the workings to us and were really polite.

Had my Modena sofa delivered today by Paul and Jon. Absolutely fantastic service. Struggled getting it in but didn’t give up. Cleared all packaging away and even grabbed my hoover to clean up the polystyrene. Credit to the company. So professional and friendly.

Paul and Jon, delivery guys were friendly, efficient and timely. Sofas delivered and set up with no issues. They took away all plastic and padding, so no mess.

We had a wonderful experience in LivHome store at Aintree. James was extremely patient and helpful when we were deciding which sofa we wanted to go for! He involved an interior designer to help us choose the style, and ensured we had refreshments making the experience just perfect! He talked us through the various options for payments and gave us so many books to choose our fabrics from. He helped with measurements and finding the perfect fit.

Paul & Jon delivered our sofas and were just as pleasant! They rang ahead of time as a courtesy to let us know when they’d be arriving and were very quick to put together! They had lovely manners and ensured they respected our home by taking their shoes off and cleaning up after themselves.

LivHome has such a lovely team! Thank you for making this experience so exciting.

As for our sofa & cuddler seat. It is perfect and of the highest quality! We got accent cushions included and are SO pleased with the result. They offered the fabric care package for after the sofas are lived in as well as warranty if anything goes wrong. Definitely would be going to LivHome again.

Ordered Sofa and Cuddle chair and king size bed. The salesman I dealt with was James who was polite, informative and not overbearing just really helpful. Gave us all the information got the best price for us and just left us to mull it over. Very happy with this company’s staff. Pleasure to do business with James.

Lovely customer service. They were very understanding with our excitement and open to negotiations. Certainly recommended for the customer service and the stylish couches. A bit more unique styles to the standard couches.
