Our ceiling collapsed due to a leak
Our ceiling collapsed due to a leak, and caused considerable damage to our property. We have sold our home and we're due to complete imminently. Despite having had contents and buildings insurance for 10 years, I have never claimed and was really worried about the process but it was seamless. Every advisor we spoke to was competent and personable. Within a week, our claim was settled, with repairs booked in and our property sale remaining on track. I really, cannot thank the kindness and professionalism of everyone I spoke to whilst dealing with this claim. What was such a difficult period was made so much easier by their guidance and support. Customer for life! Thank you.

Easy to insure house and one car but not the other
Easy to insure house and one car, but Lloyds would not accept my wife as policyholder on other car despite having 15 yrs NCD and having been policyholder with previous insurer. Lloyds unable to explain why. As a matter of interest she subsequently took out comparable insurance with a competitor at a much lower price.

Great policy, reasonable price.
Was about renew my policy with my previous provider when i saw a Lloyds insurance advert online. Being a little curious i had a look what was on offer. Turned out it was really good insurance, with a very reasonable quote, plus i could pay with 12 monthly instalments at no extra cost.
