Buildings & Contents insurance purchase
The lady I spoke to on the phone Lisa was really helpful. She made me feel welcome and she was pleasant and polite. She reassured me that my purchase of buildings and home insurance will show on my new Lloyds account once it had been sanctioned and it was. The process for transfer of my Halifax account to Lloyds was straight forward. I am very pleased with all of it. Thank you.
