Absolute joke. Lloyds bank. Needs to get into the real life
Absolute joke. Changed phone for gods sake. Logged on using user ID, password, identity code, grandmas birth certificate and Noahs Ark 2x2 and cant add my card to Apple pay but still managed to use it on the original phone. They are only manning phones 9-5 with 8hrs 55mins for lunch so cannot get through. Said they will send a code through the post FFS the post??? And if i need to eat within the next 4 weeks? I changed a phone???

Your home insurance letter arrived out of the blue but just in time as I was about to renew my home insurance with AXA .I have been with AXA over 10 years but your renewal price was more competitive .

Absolutely terrible experience. The app randomly stopped working on my new phone and only gave me the option to reset my memorable information. I reset it, and it still sends me straight back to the same screen. Tried calling customer service and waited 10 minutes without reaching a single human being. The issue remains completely unresolved. I’ll be switching banks as soon as possible. Avoid.

The algorithms and A1 appear to work very well because the incredably good insurance offer arrived in my mail box the day my insurance with another provided ended. After that it was very easy to finalize the details of the insurance. Well timed and very use of modern technology!
