I would just like to thank everyone at Lloyds Clinical. When I began my new medication I was very unsure about taking it, however the home visit from the nurse was amazing and put all of my fears to rest. If I had any further questions there is always someone to talk to on the help line and if they can't answer your question straight away then they find out the information necessary and will call you back. The delivery staff are all so very friendly they arrive promptly with your medication and always make sure that you put it straight into the fridge. They are happy to replace my sharps bin, even if I didn't order one!! Everyone I have spoken to, from Nurse to delivery drivers have always been kind and supportive and that makes such a difference so thank you all at Lloyds Clinical.

I telephoned today to change delivery date the young man was very helpful polite and friendly it makes such a difference it takes the stress out of health problems .a great team including the delivery staff

I am so glad i dont have to use there service anymore. The cant seam to understand that some people they deliver too work, and go out. Being told the day before the delivery when they are going to arrive is unhelpful. Especially as you cannot specify morning or afternoon. For me i was only able to get my delivery approximately 5 days out of the month due to my shift pattern. All they could do was change it from 8-6 to 9-5 as if that makes any real difference.

The lady who called was very professional yet warm and friendly in her conversation with me. It wasnt a call spouting medical jargen. She was very informative yet her manner was aware of making me feel comfortable and answering her questions that it seemed like a conversation not completing a check list. Five star service

Very old fashioned can't contact you on WhatsApp as to be land line or mobile grown to big to fast forgot about them that made them grow. still pretty stupid via hospital and them I took 6 months supply where my mobile did not work but same number worked on WhatsApp.. they know I takes it once a week so they wanted to deliver one month after I returned with no meds. They glad to grow but to stupid to improve
