I had a great experience with LMG they tried to match my diamond stud earring that I sadly lost but unfortunately it was too difficult to match the colour and clarity due to its age. Instead they have made a new pair for me which are perfect 👌. Throughout the whole process the communication was excellent I would definitely recommend them without reservation. Good old fashioned customer service you can’t beat it !

Each individual I spoke to or e mailed were a joy to deal with. They explained all processes and gave me confidence of a good outcome. My diamond was replaced with a certificated stone of same or higher grade. This was a concern I had and was reassured of. The ring is stunning and I am thrilled to have it back. LMG has provided a wonderful repair to my wife's engagement ring. She lost the stone, so they found a new diamond ring and repaired the carriage to hold it.

I lost two diamonds from the shoulders of a ring my husband bought me. I was very upset but LMG communicated clearly with me throughout the process. When I got my ring back it was beautifully repaired. I’m absolutely delighted.

LMG did a fantastic job replacing the pink sapphire in my ring after I lost the original stone. I was worried the new sapphire wouldn't be as nice but I'm really pleased with it. They sent me some samples to choose from & the ring was returned looking as good as it did the day it was purchased.
The repair was through an insurance claim but I will definitely use them again if I need any more repairs.
