Outstanding service and care
Outstanding service and care - Thank you to the team at LMG Jewellery for providing an incredible service and the care they showed while repairing and replacing the diamond in my engagement ring. From the first phone call they took the time to listen and understand how important it was to make this ring look as it originally did. They sourced a diamond that matched perfectly in every way. Their commitment was clear from the start and the team were friendly, courteous and knowledgable, sharing lots of information and answering all of my questions. Perfect customer service and end result
When I got my ring back after its repair, I was overcome with emotion! It was beautiful and looked brand new. I was kept up to date at every step and just couldn’t be happier.
