Great food, fantastic flavours, fantastic customer service.

Delivery of food was over an hour late, arriving just before 15:00

We went as a family and thoroughly enjoyed the calm, friendly atmosphere. The space was beautiful, coffee delicious and creativity encouraged with being too intrusive.

Lovely afternoon with the family at the Paint me, Glaze me session. Surprisingly relaxing! It’s a beautiful old cottage location, with friendly staff and decent coffee. Thoroughly recommend!

When we order foods for a certain time we require it to be on time. We have Seminars/meetings to cater for ie breakfast lunch etc. We had a very bad experience lately where the lunch was 1hr 20mins late on delivery and the whole day had to be rescheduled involving external clients. Partners were not amused and we had to try and deal with the situation as best we could. Maybe allow more time for city centre deliveries.
S/wiches are always well presented in a box.

All was good we may repeat any of the other workshops they offer in a future.

Booked a paint me glaze me session for my mother and I to do together as a post-xmas surprise. We both had a great time. The staff were wonderful and really attentive. And as a bonus, hot and cold drinks of our choosing were included in the price of the session. It was a little pricey, but worth it as a one off experience and it's good to know that the money is going towards helping such lovely people who are often marginalised when it comes to employment.

Great service, great food

Good service but only problem is name is wrong on account.

The sip and paint evening on 5 December was oversold on the website. It said there would be bubbles before we painted and there wasn’t. It said there would be festive pieces to paint that would be ready for your Christmas table and on the night we were told they wouldn’t be ready for Christmas. And there wasn’t very little guidance or help from the staff. We did still enjoy our evening but it was disappointing that it wasn’t as advertised.

Thanks so much for the grazing platter. Presentation was so good. We particularly liked the pesto.
Service was really good. Will definitely be using Loaf again.

Delivered catering right on time, everything was delicious. Will be back for more sausage rolls.
