I had a loft hatch that needed replacing so I researched some companies and decided on More Than Loft Ladders from reading their reviews. Mark and Jordan did a great job. They were very friendly, tidy and a credit to the company. Would recommend!

Mark came and gave us two quotes for a new hatch (involving moving a ceiling light) wooden ladder and boarding. Quote accepted and the work was completed in no time at all. The lads that fitted were polite clean and quick. There was a slight problem with a missing board but after speaking with Mark it was rectified to full satisfaction. Very pleased and will use again when we have more flooring fitted.

Steve was professional and approachable throughout our all stages. Had just moved into a new property and the ladder broke. Steve was quick to respond and I had my ladder installed within a day of excepting the quote. Thanks Steve, allowed me to clear a lot of stuff out of the way.

I highly recommend More Than Loft Ladders. Andy installed a new loft ladder in our house and the whole process was easy and professional from start to finish. Andy came to quote, returned to install and then returned after the sealant had dried a few days later to touch up and make sure the hatch had the best finish possible. Andy was professional and friendly and cleaned up after the work. We are delighted with our new loft ladder.

Gave a competitive quote for the work we wanted doing on a new build house and seemed a good local business which I try to use as much as possible. Turned up on the day on time (8.30am) and introduced themselves very politely. All the stairs and landing were covered with dust sheets. Both the guys worked none stop and only stopped when I made them a cuppa. The raised loft flooring, electric light and pull down ladder with upgraded hatch was all fitted by 2pm. They totally cleaned the whole work area and vacuumed the stairs, landing, and where ever else they had been. We are very happy with the quality of work and feel confident that it will bear up very well. I would definitely recommend More Than Loft Ladders in the Worcestershire area.

West Cheshire area. A real professional! We'd award Mark 10 stars if we could. He arrived on time and set to work very quickly. Laid down dust sheets throughout and didn't stop working until he'd done everything, which was to cut the ceiling hatch to fit our new super, wooden ladder, install the balustrade and bright, LED lighting, fit the shelving all round; (he even loaded all our many boxes on to it) and lay additional floor boarding and insulation. Final job was to place the new architrave around the new, larger hatch. He then cleared up everywhere to leave us clean and tidy throughout. The job was complete in approximately 6 hours. Minimal noise, clean and without any stress. We would thoroughly recommend the Company, and Mark in particular. The difference it has made was worth every penny it cost. Thank you Mark.

I am in a new build home and I wanted my Loft Boarding out, for extra storage. I had to have the boarding on stilts so that the installation was not flattened. I also had loft ladders. I would recommend using this Company because they also put me a square step just before the top of the ladder for Me to step off the ladder and then step straight into the loft, that was so much better and easier at my age and safer for Me. The two men that came were friendly, polite, efficient and left no mess.

From quote to fitting and updates in between we think this is a great company. We had two lofts fitted with boarding, new hatches, insulation where needed and loft ladders and they both look great. We have so much more storage space now and they’re so easy to get to with the new ladders. The chap who came (can’t remember his name) worked all day and was really nice. There was no mess and you wouldn’t know he’d been. We are so pleased and would recommend Morethan Loft Ladders without hesitation.

This is the second time we’ve used this company. They did such a great job in our last house that we used them again. We weren’t disappointed. Very happy with their work and they clean up afterwards. Friendly, polite and they know what they’re doing. Always a plus! Definitely recommend.
