Absolutely recommend Jed and his team, professional, friendly, knowledgeable and really helpful. Top job completed insulating the loft and boarding. Jed also found some additional issues whilst completing the work that we were not aware of it was only found when taking up the existing insulation. Jed advised how it needed rectifying and carried out the additional work. Left the house clean and tidy, its hard to find reliable companies these days and I can’t recommend this company enough if you need your loft sorting ! Seamless from quoting to completing the work.

Jed arrived on time and quoted me for boarding, loft hatch ,wooden ladders , roof linning and light also moving items in the loft and disposal of rubbish I received the qoute straight away.
On day of fitting Jack and Emilio arrived on time respected my property both was very polite and professional and worked very hard, Jed later arrived and helped the lads, once the job was completed Jed explained the operation of everything. From the first phone call to the end of the job everyone was very polite. Fantastic company 100% recommended

Steve and his team were excellent, Steve made contact within a few hours of our initial enquiry and provided us a quote on the day he came out.
Once we accepted the quote, booking the installation was very easy and the team was able to come within a couple of weeks.
Ivan, Phil and Liam came on the day, were punctual and completed the whole job (removing old insulation, laying down new, boarding and new hatch and a ladder) all in one day.
They were extremely tidy and asked me to check at a couple of points that all the sockets still worked and the ceilings were in good condition, so they could sort it there and then if not, but all was fine.
Every part of job was carried out brilliantly, and everyone on the team is very friendly and professional, we would definitely recommend anyone to use them!

Arrived on time, Dan and Ryan immediately got down to work, assembling, fitting and testing our loft ladder. Within 2 hours it was completed, they then demonstrated the key points of its operation. Finally asking if I had any questions and then a final sweep up and packed their tools, we paid and bid them farewell

We recently contacted More than Loft Ladders Leicester to have our loft boarded and I have to stay from start to finish the customer service has been exemplary. Steve came on a site visit in order to give us a quote. We already had a little bit of boarding in place but we wanted loft fully boarded. The quote we were given was very reasonable. Communication throughout was excellent. Ivan, who came to do the actual boarding was friendly and worked incredibly hard. Sheeting was used to keep areas clean and he vacuumed afterwards. Everywhere was left clean and tidy. The boarding was completed to a very high standard. We were advised that the new boarding would be higher than the existing boarding and it was integrated really well. I can highly recommend More than Loft Ladders. Great company.

They delivered a first class service as promised. They were considerate as they worked around my house; moved everything out of the loft as agreed and moved it to the spare bedroom in a very neat and tidy manner. Took my old boarding up and took the rubbish away. Now my loft is twice as big than it was before.

It really does transform a useless space to something that can be a godsend when you've just changed your garage to a room and storage is premium!
The guys were professional and adapted to situations that came up as the new hatch was in a differant place than before and larger. The led lighting was a plus!

Terry did an amazing job on our loft. We had the hatch moved and part of the loft boarded and we are so pleased with the result. He was upfront with costs and spotted things worth considering in our loft that other companies did not when quoting. Terry even went the extra mile by draining and cutting up our old water tank for us. We’d recommend him to anyone. When we are ready to board the rest of the loft we will be having him back!

I initially used the loft ladder provided by my builders. this was not adequate as the opening was too small and the ladder too flimsy. The decision was to make a larger opening and provide me with a wooden ladder which is superb. I have had both the loft and garage rafters boarded and it is a brilliant job. The fitters were all excellent and very tidy.
