Pressure sales technique
Sales person more interested in pressurising myself to buy additional bolt on products. Classic pressure sales technique. I was made to feel I needed to make snap decisions and was spoken to in a patronising manner. Once that part of the procedure over I was pleased by the service given and minor edits were made easily and successfully. Having read the standard reply ,what's the point

Easy process but took longer than expected to finalise.
Reasonably straightforward process. However for such uncomplicated wills it seemed to take an inordinate period of time (over 5 weeks) to finalise them.
