The hotel staff where great . Made sure everything was done to make you comfortable.

The hotel was nice, the location was outstanding, the staff where pleasant.
Unfortunately the food was a big let down

If i had to put it down to just one thing it would have to be Nigel, the driver/guide. He is knowledgable about the area and gives you enough information but is not over the top. All the staff were great and the hotel runs like clockwork.

Great hotel good room bed could have been more comfortable staff were good, management could have listened and acknowledged issues better. there were a few changes to the itinerary . Generally we enjoyed the holiday and it was good value

Our coach driver Nigel was very good with local knowledge and keeping us entertained. The Loch Achray hotel was very good. The staff were extremely helpful and the entertainment was very good. Everything ran very smoothly and was well organised. The only small criticism would be concerning the evening meals. The desserts such as the sticky toffee pudding and marmalade sponge, were solid and dry. Would definitely try another holiday with Lochs and Glens.

The driver Nigel was informative. One of the best drivers we have ever had. The restaurant staff were very efficent and the food was fantastic as usual. Value for money. Locations are always fantastic. The trips out were very, very good.

Everything, from start to finish. It was well organised and we had an excellent driver throughout.

Our first 6 day holiday. Pick-up at Alfreton Bus Station on time. Marek our driver. Was friendly, we made excellent time and arrived at Ardgarton 4pm. Good journey. This hotel is in a stunning location, all the staff were friendly, welcoming and service was excellent. The bedroom 412 was perfect, thank you for granting our request for a walk-in-shower made life much easier. Food as always excellent, good menu both breakfast and evening meal. The dining room staff were friendly and looked after us so well. Outings were good, particularly enjoyed the cruise on Loch Lomond and visit to Inveraray my favourite place. First time to Isle of Bute loved Mount Stuart House, ferry crossings were good amazing scenery. Helensburgh visit to Hill House and Submarine Centre were excellent. Would like to return to Hill House when all work completed what an amazing place. Enjoyed Glasgow we were fortunate to have a tour guide on the bus and she was really good. Learnt so much of the history of the City excellent visit. Drivers: Our driver Marek was excellent, so friendly and we had a great week with him. Roddy took us for the Lomond Cruise and Inveraray again an excellent day. Already looking forward to our 5 day holiday in February at Loch Achray. Not been to Loch Achray for quite a few years so looking forward to it. We have enjoyed many holidays with your company since our first visit in 2003 for our Silver Wedding and would not consider using any other Tour Company to visit Scotland. Thank you to everyone for a wonderful holiday.

As usual i had an amazing break at the Ardgartan Hotel. Our driver/s Alan & Ian did a fantastic job, All hotel staff were absolutely perfect, My room was spotless & exceptionally tidy & well laid out. All day excursions were of great interest & the commentary from both Alan & Ian was perfect. The food both at Breakfast & Tea Time/Evening Mel was very satisfactory. The only negatives i have to say about the Hotel is the almost non existant WiFi / Internet access thruout the entire hotel. Also, Even after having to Re-Tune the TV in my room i could only get BBC1 BBC2 ITV1 & Channel4. If L&G could concentrate on resolving these extremely important issues it would indeed to "A PERFECT" Hotel.

The locations, the staff, the trips. Everything is so well organised. The whole experience is so good. The drivers go beyond expectations to provide you with information on the area that you are visiting.

Hotel and staff were all very good. Unfortunately the weather was poor which limited our enjoyment.

Everything went like clock work from the the coach drivers to the hotel staff. A lovely bunch of guests on the coach and most places visited were excellent.

Was disappointed with Perth as we went through some beautiful places which were more worth a visit.

Hotel excellent Staff and service very good Food good Only weakness was coach and driver The coach was not a Lochs and Glenns and not of the same standard The driver who was very nice was not from UK hardly spoke had no knowledge of Scotland
