Hotel excellent Staff and service very good Food good Only weakness was coach and driver The coach was not a Lochs and Glenns and not of the same standard The driver who was very nice was not from UK hardly spoke had no knowledge of Scotland

Very enjoyable holiday. Hotel, food, staff everything first class.

Driver, all staff at the hotel and excursions are exceptional. Food is more than adequate, and good use of fresh vegetables. The only reason I could not award 5 stars is the rooms, although clean, are getting tired.

Great service the driver was great good knowledge snd sense of humour. Hotel and food were great. The Bernard beautiful.

Excellent value for money well organised and no single supplement

The good points are, we were picked up on time
Excellent drivers who knew all the local knowledge, were very careful especially on the minor roads.
The trips were good although sometimes you didn't have enough time to look around.
The not so good point
The hotel was cold, the heater in our room didn't work effectively, and the duvet on the bed was too thin for cold weather, but after speaking with reception we got another duvet and heater the radiators in the public area and corridors were mostly cold.
The food at the evening meal was not very good didn't enjoy the main courses.
The breakfast was very good.
The staff in the Restaurant were very good, polite friendly and efficient.
The manager Jaydean was also welcoming and served in the Restaurant.
The location of the hotel is stunning ita a shame the food and temperature let it down

Ben our bus driver was excellent. Couldn't fault him. Hotel staff were very attentive, food great and entertainment good. Hotel was a bit tired looking but it was clean enough. It only had one lift which meant queues but didnt wait too long.

One thing I was disappointed in was the toilet on the bus was downstairs. Thr majority of the people were fairly elderly and this was totally inaccessible for them. There should be a toilet at the back of the bus on the same level.

This was worse holiday i have had food was awful had to eat out too much time on coach going nowhere

Coach driver Karin N. The experience was just great all due to her, all staff all went that one step further.
Food on offer was a good variety well presented.
Holiday was very good value.
I have now enjoyed a few holidays with L& G, they are getting better and better, with a very good variety of content.

All the services & staff at the hotel were wonderful.
The trips were the problem.
We were not informed there would be no Steam train trip. Many of the travellers were told either my a phone call or message. This was the reason why we choose this holiday.
We were looking forward to the trip to Skye but all we did was to cross the bridge and had a comfort stop of 30 minutes and came back across the bridge and stayed at for 3 hours at Eilean Doman Castle.

I enjoyed my holiday but it was very disappointing in some aeras. The coach was uncomfortable not.L&G's both seats and air conditioning. Needed to change coaches several times
I booked this trip as it was going to Isle of Skye. Well what a waste of time just a P and T stop. This was further rubbed in by the entertainment lady that night telling.us how lovely the Isle is. I think we al! Thought we were going to travel around the Isle.
The hotel staff and our driver Joe were all lovely.

The hotel was good in a fabulous spot. The beds were comfy,
the staff were great and the visits were all good. Our drivers, we had three, all did a great job.
The only let down was the main courses at dinner time, I would say they were average, but perfectly edible.

From the pick up to the final drop off everything was what we expected having been on previous lochs and Glens, Everyone was brilliant and couldn't ask for anything better

The driver is very & the hotal staff are very good the food are good

Our first Lochs & Glen's holiday. Drive to Scotland was very long, but, our driver Karin was first class. Informative, patient and very funny lady. An asset to the Company. Hotel very welcoming. Young team who put their customers first and foremost on every level. Food was amazing and plentiful. Tours were well thought out and good variety of places to visit. We'll done and thank you Lochs & Glens

Amazing location of Hotel Awe. The hotel was clean, plenty of hot water and the staff were friendly. However, there was chaos in the dining room as the staff were not organised and required more training. The daily excursions showed the true beauty of Scotland and were thoroughly enjoyed. Breakfasts were fine - although instant coffee and cold toast were not. Dinners were, in my opinion, dreadful. However, many of the more senior members of our group were quite happy. Some issues were - frozen vegetables (brocolli and carrots), a fish cake that was flat and could have been used as a frisby, lumps of stalk in the coleslaw, no banana or toffee sauce in the banofee cheesecake, garden peas that had obviously been hanging around for some time, and boiled potatoes served when there were potato croquettes on the dinner plate. Oh, reconstituted potato (Smash) was also used. We only ate two evening meals and went to the local pub which served good quality food at reasonable prices. I did try to raise these issues with the manager, Beki, but she was on leave and it did not seem appropriate to speak with the relief manager. Some of the guests were happy with the meals, but many were elderly and it was obviously a treat to have food prepared and served to them. However, I expected better.

First time on Lochs and Glens what a great company every detail was well organised with great staff and great customer service.
Loved the location of the hotel with a gorgeous view from our bedroom and even from the bathroom. Definitely worth the long drive up there.
