This was my first experience of a coach holiday to Scotland and have no regrets. Extremely well organised, made new friends and the hotel was fantastic. Would highly recommend it and can’t wait to book another one!

More thought needs to go into the trips, ie are the shops, museums and other attractions open on the day of visit as the one we had on the Sunday no where was open so what could we do for two hours? Timings of the excursions ie, our cruise was at 3 pm for 45 minutes leaving no time to do anything else so had to return to hotel, was really a waste of the remaining afternoon.

Ardgarten hotel was comfortable with good food and a stunning views. The staff were excellent nothing was too much trouble.
On the flip side TV in room is very small.
Nearly everywhere was closed on the trip to Dunoon on Sunday.

The whole holiday was excellent from the start to finish. The driver was good and the hotel staff. The trips were good and well organised. The hotel was great.

Excellent weather was the icing on the cake of our first holiday with Lochs and Glens.
Excellent room 110 in the Ardgarten Hotel where the staff made our meal times a real treat. Our coach driver Andy took us to ALL the wonderful places and was so helpful into the bargain.
A holiday we couldn't have asked for more.

Superb location and trips out.
Food was okay bar the Wednesday for some of our group.
Staff were lovely. Polite and attentive.
Location remote but beautiful. Daily entertainment, and the perfect weather made it a lovely break.

This was our first lochs and glens experience but hopefully will not be our last. Our coach driver Gwen was great and very informative. The hotel accommodation was second to none and the restaurant service and choice of menu and friendliness of the staff were excellent. Very well done and thank you.

Driver excellent. Hotel location was excellent esp with the boat rides to and from the hotel. Hotel was very competent with all the check in, room and the food.

Hotel Awe needs total refurbishment. There were too many small things wrong that diminished our satisfaction of the holiday. The coach and drivers were very good but we weren’t told or did hear of some daily tours. Staying at the hotel one of the days showed it was ‘dead’. Not even a cup of coffee available. Could be do much better.

The Inversnaid hotel was great. Our room was clean and spacious with tea and coffee. The location is absolutely stunning overlooking Loch Lomond. Food was excellent and very varied. Staff were very polite, welcoming and couldn’t do enough for you.
Our driver Joe was fantastic and very knowledgeable about the area and kept us informed and entertained.
A great memorable experience for our first Lochs and Glens holiday.

Brill holiday, packed full daily, hotel was lovely, and staff great.

This was our 1st Lochs & Glens Holiday. We loved the fact that everything was included in the holiday. All the Staff couldn’t do enough for us. Our drivers were amazing. We will certainly be coming again.

The hotel was beautiful the scenery unbelievable. Hotel staff were fabulous, nothing too much trouble for them. Entertainment was fun.

We have just returned home from an amazing holiday at Loch Tummel hotel.
The staff were very helpful and cheerful.
The meals were always at the time we were told and service was mostly very quick and food was always hot and a good selection on the menu.And enjoyable.
The entertainment was mostly good having to remember there were quite a lot of older people.
We were a little disappointed that there was'nt any bagpipes or proper scottish singers.
Our room was large and comfortable and we had a beautiful view of the loch and river
and a walk in shower as requested
which was really helpful.
The trips out were very good and we saw some lovely places and beautiful views which we have lots of photos for our memorie.
Our main coach driver was absolutely brilliant he gave us lots of information and kept us really entertained hope when we come on another lochs and glens holiday we will meet Alan again.
The only thing i can say about the trips were that they are mainly about 2 hrs there and very limited time to enjoy the surroundings.

But lovely anyway.
Loch Tummel hotel is in a beautiful place could'nt have wished for anymore just a long drive there from main road but worth it every time.9

Good drivers, food and entertainment. Hotels are always clean. Staff really pleasant and very helpful.

The coach driver was exerlent the hotel and food very good our weather was excellent.
We all enjoyed the boat trip to pick up the coach.

The only thing I could criticise lochs and glens for is they don’t have many 7 + days long as the journey from Milton Keynes is 10+ which two days getting to and from the destination.
Overall the holiday was very enjoyable and I look forward to booking again with you.

Great driver in Marek, loved the hotel food good. Found dining room staff a bit caotic during service woukd be better if they had waiter allowcated tables we found they just kept walking around, instead of serving customers we were walked past several times and asked if we could irder our meal.Other than that no complaints well enjoyable stay would come back again. Mr & Mrs Goodman
