This was our 1st Lochs & Glens Holiday. We loved the fact that everything was included in the holiday. All the Staff couldn’t do enough for us. Our drivers were amazing. We will certainly be coming again.

It was so very well organised. The driver Steve was fantastic and fun
The hotel was beautiful the scenery unbelievable. Hotel staff were fabulous, nothing too much trouble for them. Entertainment was fun.
I would recommend to everyone.

We have just returned home from an amazing holiday at Loch Tummel hotel.
The staff were very helpful and cheerful.
The meals were always at the time we were told and service was mostly very quick and food was always hot and a good selection on the menu.And enjoyable.
The entertainment was mostly good having to remember there were quite a lot of older people.
We were a little disappointed that there was'nt any bagpipes or proper scottish singers.
Our room was large and comfortable and we had a beautiful view of the loch and river
and a walk in shower as requested
which was really helpful.
The trips out were very good and we saw some lovely places and beautiful views which we have lots of photos for our memorie.
Our main coach driver was absolutely brilliant he gave us lots of information and kept us really entertained hope when we come on another lochs and glens holiday we will meet Alan again.
The only thing i can say about the trips were that they are mainly about 2 hrs there and very limited time to enjoy the surroundings.

But lovely anyway.
Loch Tummel hotel is in a beautiful place could'nt have wished for anymore just a long drive there from main road but worth it every time.9

Good drivers, food and entertainment. Hotels are always clean. Staff really pleasant and very helpful.

The coach driver was exerlent the hotel and food very good our weather was excellent.
We all enjoyed the boat trip to pick up the coach.

The only thing I could criticise lochs and glens for is they don’t have many 7 + days long as the journey from Milton Keynes is 10+ which two days getting to and from the destination.
Overall the holiday was very enjoyable and I look forward to booking again with you.

Great driver in Marek, loved the hotel food good. Found dining room staff a bit caotic during service woukd be better if they had waiter allowcated tables we found they just kept walking around, instead of serving customers we were walked past several times and asked if we could irder our meal.Other than that no complaints well enjoyable stay would come back again. Our 4th time with lochs and glens, probably the best yet. Second time to the Algarton, food great, staff brilliant, excursions varied and interesting.
A tried and tested formula that works,no suggestions for changes.
Special mention for Elijah, works so hard. A very nice young man.

Our first time with Lochs and Glen's, and won't be our last. Hotel staff were warm, friendly and professional, and John our coach Driver was amazing with his knowledge and history of the places we visited..

This was our first coach holiday, with L&G. Our driver, en route and on the first few days, Alan, made the whole experience a joy. His historical knowledge mixed with his occasional joke made each outing very enjoyable. Our second driver, John, was equally interesting in local knowledge and wit. Such was our experience, we would consider another holiday with L&G in future.

We visited different parts of Scotland than on previous occasions. The weather was fantastic for touring. The hotel was great. Overall experience was great.

The food was very disappointing. The cooking and presentation poor. I chose the vegan option one evening and it was inedible, I did complain to reception.
We had asked for a table for two but we were put on a sharing table . There were at least 3 empty tables.
None of the table clothes has been ironed ,nor the waiting staff uniforms. It gives a poor impression before the meals are bought out. The food lacked seasoning and I feel potatoes and other vegetables served up from an ice cream scoop has had its day.
There was plenty of good things about the holiday, the food sadly let it down.
Some evenings it was quite a rush from when we arrived back at hotel to get ready for dinner.

The holiday was excellent hotel good food was ok service was ok only 1 problem the coffee had no coffee just water other than that all ok location excellent the driver we had Joe was excellent the other driver we had was questionable apart from that the holiday I had was excellent

Fabulous holiday to Loch Tummel with this family run business. Everything is just as you would expect and really good value especially as we travelled all the way from Weymouth in Dorset! The location was perfect with views from our room down Loch Tummel and towards the mountains which still had snow on them. The staff are all great and they all work very hard to ensure we enjoy our holiday, special thanks to John our driver!

Everything was very well organised. Our driver Marek was excellent, the hotel was very comfortable and the food (apart from the Wednesday when things went a bit wrong) was really good. My only concern was being constantly addressed by the restaurant staff as darling, my love, my lovely or sweetheart. I appreciate that this is a habit they’ve got into, but I found it demeaning and patronising, and I’m sure I’m not alone in this.
Apart from that, Lochs and Glens have full marks from me. Thank you.

The drivers, hotels, good menu choices, a change in excursions may be one all day excursion rather that two or three stops.
Longer time for breakfast may be an extra 15 minutes so you don't have to rush.

The drivers from picking us up to taking us to the Hotel and all the destinations during the week and back home were all efficient, friendly and careful drivers. The day excursions were amazing. The Hotel bedrooms and all rooms were clean and comfortable. The meals and waiting staff were all excellent. Another great holiday with nightly entertainment on offer and new friends made.

Location was luvly and quiet with great views , hotel was very nice like the others we have been to and food is always good .
